Professional And Timely staff make you feel at home when you arrive. They are considerate and conscientious and very understanding of the difficulties that arise in legal matters. I feel very comfortable being represented by them and would like to personally raise up Marta Meyers as an Exemplar of what an attorney should be.
My parents had their will done by B&C and Chris is currently helping me set up their Wispact trusts. They are knowledgeable and do great work. Full disclosure: I have a family member who works there (not as an attorney). That's how we got referred.
The integrity and compassion demonstrated by David Weller and Christopher Schmidt went beyond my expectations. I was clear early on that it may not be feasible for us to work together, yet David and Chris gave me the same attention you'd typically only expect from a long time friend. We did not continue past the initial consultation, but their advice helped me to completely alleviate my situation. Do not hesitate to contact them or anyone else at B&C.
Called on a Monday to get started on an Intellectual Property case I had. I was told the attorneys were out to lunch but that Chris would call me back. Never heard back. I prefer not to work with someone who doesn't return calls so I had to look elsewhere.
I had previously worked with Jeffrey Clark and was impressed with his professionalism and results. Sadly, he is no longer with the firm. In need of legal counsel I reached out and heard back right away. I sent the required information. Nothing. Sent another email. Nothing. Called the assistant. No response. Called again and reached her and she promised an update. Nothing. In all, I lost a month of time. Incredibly unprofessional to not be responsive even if they're busy. Just let me know!
I cannot speak highly enough about Paloma Kennedy. She is an outstanding attorney and there is no one else I would trust with my business. She is extremely knowledgeable and works hard for her clients.
