To forget, it would be too long to tell, I only say if you ask for something not included in the menu, the answer is: it's over.
Qualified but cold detached staff

Horrible experience. Almost everything was missing and when we asked for a coke they said that it was over and that the previous evening we had drunk too much. There was even no food for children. Cold rooms, slow service. I strongly advise against it.

In this house, love has fallen by the wayside, it's sad when nobody sees what needs to be done.
Even when eating, red wine from the fridge and that in a four-star hotel. I'm sorry, but giving two stars is a reward.

Renovated hotel a little too cheap! Very poor room furniture, certainly not 4-star. Parking by reservation only and for a fee!

Terrible experience. Terrible.
Staff at the reception available and qualified. And this concludes the short list of the positive aspects of this hotel.

Structure recently refurbished but very badly kept. Dark and not always scented corridors. The care of the rooms is like a horror movie. Bed with completely torn leather headboard; mattress that sank to one side; uncomfortable pillows (but this may be my personal taste). The bathroom the worst part: toilet at check in without the strip that guarantees sanitation; roll of toilet paper strictly already started; shower tray so worn that it appears yellow and looks very dirty; the entire pipe of the shower head completely encrusted with limestone, so much so that it cannot be inserted into the special support; clogged bidet (fixed within 24 hours). I requested cleaning the shower head to be able to support it, they only cleaned the support part, leaving limescale on the rest of the pipe.

The worst: stay lasted 8 nights. SHEETS CHANGED ONCE, after 5 days ... only because I requested it at the reception !!!!! Yes ... in a 4-star facility ... they changed my bed sheets ONCE IN 9 days (8 nights) !!!
Apart from the fact that, by law, 4-star hotels have the obligation to change sheets once a day ... but nowadays even in super cheap B & Bs the cleaning and hygiene service is much better , regardless of legislative constraints.

Very rude room staff. Curses flew while I and the other customers were having breakfast. I requested lactose-free milk, due to an intolerance ... I was told by the head nurse that I should have informed the reception of my intolerance "so that the requested product can be purchased". And what is the head nurse doing? must the customer go to the reception to organize the hotel kitchen shopping ???! MADNESS.

Finally, just to have a laugh: Nutella is over for breakfast. Yes, I was told literally that "NUTELLA IS OVER, IT WILL ARRIVE IN THE NEXT DAYS". Total disorganization ... How can Nutella be missing in a Hotel ...

High expectations but high disappointment.
We stayed two days with B&B service.
I hadn't read that parking should be booked and paid for at 7 / day, but upon arrival I discovered that I would have to pay 10 / day. The parking spaces outside are free but they are all occupied because there are few. The internal parking is decidedly inconvenient, numerous maneuvers are required to park.
Breakfast is Self Service and is with the bare essentials: Croissants (2 types), canned jams (4 types on 4 plates), two types of cereals, yogurt, rusks, ham, cheese and bread. Ciambellone, tart and other types of croissants ??
Room, pity!
Dust was also on the bedside tables (even after daily cleaning), some towels were yellow, sheets full of hair, soap counted (one shower per person). The shower: full of limestone, the door did not flow well, there is no place to place the soaps and the drain did not have a cover.

Honestly for a 4-star (stolen) and for the price paid (340 2 days 2 people B&B), I expected much, much more!

No no a real disappointment, everything seems ok from the description and from the fact that it is 4 stars but the place where it is located is dump view and seen from the outside is small and not even plastered. Then the pool is small, a puddle expensive prices and I didn't have lunch and dinner, breakfast then 4 old things and thrown away my mother who is celiac had already asked on the phone if they were able to meet this requirement but if on the phone it was you arrived there was no. They were quite arrogant and even annoyed and threw them things that she could also buy at the supermarket I don't give a star because the room was nice.
