Bad service - no callback from helpdesk. Just a disappointment! Definitely does not do justice to the premium claim of the BMW brand!
BMW Switzerland doesn't care how many BMWs you had when it comes to total loss of an engine with 145000km from an X3 35xi (original engine, well-maintained and always regular service). Except for a slightly modified mass letter from the answer catalog, you will not receive from Customer Service Dielstorf. Whether you have already had a number of BMWs with many problems, trying to stay loyal to this brand again and again, seems to be of interest to you, at BMW Switzerland you are simply left behind despite the loyalty (at least my current experience) even if you are at the same time an X3 35xi still has a much more expensive vehicle of this brand in his possession. Suggestions, options, trying to find one? No, not the service at BMW Switzerland, which would be way too much for 16 years of loyalty and thousands upon thousands of francs for repairs over the years. It's a shame that you don't get zero stars here, but all the reviews from here say it all, if someone wants to choose a BMW, Mercedes or Audi. It's a sad thing, the smaller branches are still trying hard to be interested in the little customers, those in the complaints department in Dielstorf only do the minimum ... Put out the letter, end the story, take a look at the customer for yourself.
With only 55'000km I had a clack under the hood. Is a bit left next to the engine. I was at 3 different BMW agency and 2 of them told me it was normal and that it was just a comfort issue. The noise is so extremely loud! Of course you charge a lot of money for the analysis, saying that you may not be able to find out what it is. And the 3rd told me it was 100% a valve. To be sure you would have to replace ALL the valves and no guarantee that the noise disappears afterwards.
With my buddy you have taken goodwill, although the factory warranty was over.
Maybe it's my name .... I'm just disappointed with BMW.

4 years ago I bought my first bmw with the intention of driving a great car. unfortunately I only had fun limiting.
1. Radio speaker on the right side failed. Nobody did it for months. cables were turned, money was required. In the end, I (who has no idea about cars) found and eliminated the error. just a minute thought would have been enough. spare parts gabs also no more because my E91 is already sooooo old (year 2007). Again, they tried to turn me on a complete audio system. Mess.
2. Rattle / rattle noise at 1500 RPM. Again, tractors were exchanged and money demanded. error persisted. Great helplessness among the "specialists". finally found out there was an 18 year old boy, who had no vehicle Mech. Training. Again, the mistake was so trivial. By the way, repairs from a free garage.
I am so disappointed in BMW Switzerland and will certainly buy no more BMW. I do not know how it is in other countries with the qualities of the workshops, but here in Switzerland, one can only write quickly when calculating. I did not feel much about it.

It is searched for the hair in the soup and evaluated every little thing as AGB violation. In some cases, the M4 has problems with the compound brake, as it does with me. The workshop has confirmed a defect, but rejected BMW Switzerland because spacers were appropriate. The leather has broken threads and the leather has made waves. It was assumed not to have used BMW original care products! In the end, I had to swallow bitter and pay myself although the car was at the time 2-3 years old and just 36t km run. Get a car in Germany with Europe-wide EuroPlus warranty.

After contacting the hotline to register a used vehicle that had already been imported by the previous owner, I was more or less dismissed on the phone. With great difficulty I was assured that someone would get in touch.
Nevertheless, I sent an email to BMW Munich and my vehicle was added to my ConnectedDrive account within 4 hours.

Unfortunately, the quality of the material, the quality of the partner garages and the quality of the customer service is absolutely insufficient. We had a problem with the turbocharger after 5 years. The partner garage treated our problem much too slowly. The request for BMW customer service was not answered despite inquiries and we had to be active again. The customer service did not want to go into our problem at all - but made us the charge that we had behaved wrong. This is / was our last BMW!
To this day no attitude to receive this review !!!

For a lease and inconvenience you will be referred to the dealer. The dealer pushes the case of the BMW. The first new car had already after 2 years disturbances on the injection nozzles. Which was repeated every two years. The garage said it was a teething problem. BMW Switzerland regretted the inconvenience (standard letter received). In the 2nd new car similar, in the first year 2 recall. Processing in the interior sharp edge, passenger has cut. The consultation ends with the sale. Too bad you spend millions on advertising to acquire new customers and neglect the long-standing customers. For the tire change you have to expect 3 weeks for an appointment. A star so this information can be posted.

Always arguing about replacement cars because of the costs because BMW refuses to pay them for warranty work and more.
