I had a small problem. I needed a key, the person wanted to argue with me. I told him that I've got two BMW 's and that I could go somewhere else. Then had to ask to speak to the supervisor. He changed his tune. Was charged 93$ for a outlet water coolest hose. Felt that was outrageous. Felt as if they are getting beside themselves.
Our sales person (Sabrina) was knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Made our experience very easy. I m fact all the staff from the manager down were great! So great; we bought two BMW s!!

I drop my bmw x6 to El cajon bmw for recall but they call it N63 Customer Care Package to inspect and fix the problem, the engine make a big noise,driving really poor, because of timing chain problem from N63 engine, they never fix the problem and it was a horrible experience with service advisor Manny Gastelum he was trying to sell me the things I don't need and completely ignoring the main problem,I end up paying for nothing, they didn't fix nothing, they waste my time and destroy my car, they deliver my car with all parts taken out and they even throw all the parts in the truck with no explanation. They suppose to give me $50 for gas from N63 customer care package they didn't give it to me as well.
Excellent service, the video review of my auto by the mechanic is clever and adds trust. My service writer was very nice, new to me, his name was Manny, and he quickly made me feel as though he would look out for my best interests. The loaner department was courteous, every single person I interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. Great job!!
BMW of El Cajon contacted us because our 2012 BMW 525i had a recall. I was impressed that they contacted use since it had been many many years since we last conducted business with this dealer. Everything from scheduling the appointment to renting a loaner car was easy. They completes the repair within two hours and even gave me a print out of some other repairs the car needed. The BMW staff were all nice and pleasant to work with. The loaner car was a BMW 228i, it was clean and easy to drive. I had a great experience with this BMW dealer, I would definitely recommend them and will visit them again.

Lets talk about a guy named Randy..... a few years ago i was looking for my second BMW. I worked with a great guy named Shawn who helped me have one of the best buying experiences I ve ever had. After moving on to a different dealership, I contacted Shawn and he told me his friend Randy still worked El Cajon BMW.
In comes Randy..... This guy blew my mind. I m a car guy. I ve purchased about 18 cars off the lot (and more privately) I ve never met a Randy before. Honest, light hearted, knowledgeable, no pressure. I truly felt like Randy wanted me to have the car I ve always wanted. And would help me to that extent. I won t go into too many details. This review isn t about cars or even car sales. It s about a guy that makes you his friend before asking you why you re on the lot. If you re looking for a car. Randy is the guy you want to see first. And take a moment to listen to him. He s a good guy who just happens to sell cars. I would stand in line to have this guy sell me a car.
