Bluffs Run Casino Review

They have really cleaned and brightened up the place since I was last in there 10 plus years ago.

1 $5 dollar table, 1 $10 table , 1 $25 table. Asked if they could open up another $10 or $5 table, we have our family of 4 that are willing to play. They said nooooo !!!! Your going to have to wait for more dealers to come in our just wait for a seat !!! We left !

The fact that people can smoke inside the casino came as a shock. The non smoking section was very tiny. The casino is clean and smelled good.

My favorite place to go. Lots of machines the workers are so nice always ready to help you. The food is delicious, I cant wait to go back me and my husband love it there.

Its Iowa... no alcohol after 1:30am. Tried to pull a fast one with the clocks rollin back for daylight savings... they didn't fall for it.

Absolutley the worst casino ever. The short security guy tried to hit on my girlfriend.
When she denied his advances he preceded to tell us we were "showing signs of intoxication "
And we had to leave. So my girlfriend turns down your advances and you ask us to leave?

I didn't win big but always have an enjoyable time.

I understand the masks policy, but there is no reason to be completely rude about asking someone to keep a mask up. Especially when your just about to take a drink and put it back up. And I never saw any cleaning crew wiping down machines. But security at the entrances were in good spirits.

Employees really don't seem to like being there. They're not unfriendly, they're just bla. Slots are tight, but that's kind of expected with the current times.

Had fun here. The drinks at the bar were bad and way too expensive for what you got.

Me and my wife were at your casino recently and we thought that it was kinda ran down a lot of the machines were really old .and we thought it was trashy and the machines were vary tight and we did not enjoy it

Nice place, I just never win. I've been here 15-20 times and never won on slots. It seems like a money pit.

Enjoyed playing the slots today. Although i have not won in a long time it has been over two years scene I've won at the horseshoe casino and i play at least 300 everytime i go.

It was a good day, started out a little "iffy", and then the machines started paying.

Had a wonderful stay at the hilton and a fun filled time at the horseshoe

This place needs audited. I play all over the country and this place you have no Chance. I will never go back. The state needs to step in.

Great place to meet new people for conversation. The buffet is great. Jb diner has amazing food as well as desserts. As for gambling take lots if you want to stay awhile otherwise don't plan on winning.

Friendly place to be around lots of fun and you never know may hit a jackpot

This place is sketchy at best. The ventilation is horrid the slots are tight and dirty. Several slots I sat down at looked dirty and/or covered in ash. By covered I literally mean covered completely! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Nice update clean slots didn't hit will maybe next visit.

So much action on the floor from people running and having a great time. Whiskey Road House is a nice place to meet for drinks too same and listen to live music.

Last night I played for a long time on my $40 and that usually does not happen

Always takes your money quickly anymore. Blow $500 in half hour. Used to be nice and loose but anymore seems really tight

Have gone to both here and Ameristar for years, they both used to be pretty equal. I don't expect to win each time I go or even that often, but I do like to feel I got some play out of my money. Unfortunately here, over the past couple of years the only thing quicker than the time it takes to pull the handle enough times to siphon your money into the machine would be to walk in and direct deposit it to the cashier herself!

Security is friendly and r provides excellent safety to everyone and has alot of great amenities

Decent casino, but very smokey. Buffet is reasonable & if you are a new player & sign up for the rewards card, your 1st buffet is free. Go to the security kiosk by the front door & ask for cards & dice & they will give you previously used ones from the casino for free.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for a little bit back in September on our way back to Minnesota. Super nice casino and a definite 5 stars...even though we lost.

Nice place but all I seen win anything is the elderly and foreigners. Not happy about the service either

Wonderful variety of machines and they aren't on top of each other. Staff is very courteous from the guy checking id's to the waitresses!

Decent casino for the area. Plenty of good games. Fairly happy and helpful staff. Not the worst time I've had at a casino

Overpriced beer and buffet ....poor beer selection and food was poor.....the first impression I got when I walked into the door was to be harassed by pushy security on a powertrip

1-3 NLH is filled with regs 24-7, I see the same people in the same seats over and over and over. Most of them know each other on a first name basis so player beware. I play because it's the only game in town, I miss Las Vegas. Super lame you have to be a diamond to get free drinks unlike Vegas where drinks are always free. I still give it 5 stars because there's no alternative.
