Working environment was very good. You can learn new things daily. You can learn new technologies

I have been working here for 10 month approx . Mostly negative experience about this place. No process at all, no job security. They are Mostly outsourcing to Infosys Accenture like company , do not have a direct project . If you are joining based on some on-site options, that don t happen to everyone.
I got problems with medical insurance claims, HR do not intervene in anything I guess here. When leaving as well I got issues, even if you give a full 2 month notice you are not sure they will release you by that time with proper documents. I received my resignation acceptance just 3 days before my last day of work.
After leaving getting the F&F is a nightmare. They will hold your 1 month + salary in the name of F&F. It took almost 3 months for me to get the money after leaving. HR will not reply to any of your emails .So be prepared to send tons of email to get it done.
After receiving the F&F getting the settlement statement and payslips took 12 13 days time. Again no reply with multiple emails.
Once I got the F&F I saw 5 days LOP, same way asking for the reason of LOP in email and no reply.I left on sep 4th 2020, till today I don t know what is the cause of LOP . And honestly don t have any more enthu to run after them.
And the last thing. I received my experience letter on 5th of Dec 2020

Best for fresher, those are going to start their carrier.

Worst Company!!!! Once you left company, they will hold your salary and final settlement, and there will be response for calls and emails.
Very much delay in processing salary and allowances.

Sham ......ruthless HR staff...needless to say childish ...up for something horrendous ..very absurd approach ....

Worst company, you have to remember the hr team job. They will hold 2months salary for f&f settlement. Worst management. I don't suggest this company to anyone .

Best company to start as a fresher, very supportive and helpful hands.
