Terrible experience. Closing on a home is delayed a full week beyond the scheduled closing date with no end in sight. There's a chance it *might* be completed by 11 days after closing - if the seller agrees to an another extension. Documents that should have been sent out weeks ago have only just come. There is no sense of urgency in their process or understanding that there are real people who are trying to buy homes on the other side of the stacks of files.

I have been in the Mortgage industry going on 16 years now, and 100% by far BluePoint Mortgage is the best lender I have worked with. Their turn times are incredible, their staff is extremely knowledgeable and anytime I need anything on a file, the response time is right away. If you're not working with Blue Point as your 'Go To Lender" you need to reassess who you're doing business with.

I can't say enough about Ms Adiba Popal, Hector and the rest of the team about their professionalism and awesome attitude and service they provide.
