Blackstone's representative called me like the nurse at my doctor's appointment said he would and I received a text warning I would get a call just prior to the call, just like she said I would. The representative was very helpful, answering my questions and explaining initial instructions. This company seems very reliable.

Do yourself a favor and check the BBB about this scam of a company. Competed an at home sleep test, was told that service was 100% covered by my insurance. Then was told I owed nearly $200 for the test. I explain that I simply would not have completed the test had they provided accurate information regarding the cost. They offer a "settlement"if $120. I agree and pay. Several weeks later, start receiving calls about still owing a balance. I asked for proof that the account would be closed in full if additional payment were made, a perfectly reasonable request considering this is not the first time they've ensured me the account would be paid in full. They were unwilling to put it in writing. Avoid at all costs.

My doctor ordered a home sleep test from Blackstone. Adam was very helpful in setting up my test time. He also answered all my questions and went over how the test worked. I was very pleased.
