These guys are despicable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. I have worked with about 8 Merchant processors over the years. I've never had anyone treat us as badly as this group. Getting our money from them was like pulling teeth. I'm sorry that this system requires me to give them one star -- I'd rather give zero. Terrible company; terrible customer service; arrogant managers; an unconscionable merchant agreement. Stay clear of these guys.
