My work uses Bluefish Wireless to manage the corporate Sprint account. The service and ordering process utilizing their portal is terrible. The online chat support person is rude and useless. Their portal does not list all the accessories that are available through Sprint's portal. But what really upsets me is that the support people are terrible in resolving your issues.
