Blue wolf marketing

If I could give this review a 0/5, I would. I first met Michael Riga through Portrait after he was let go by WeWork. A few months later, he was also let go from Portrait, and that's when he went off on his own to start a company, which later changed to BlueWolf. I hired BlueWolf back in October 2025 to handle my website and SEO, and honestly, looking back, I should have trusted my gut early on. At the time I brushed it off, but I was so deep in the weeds building my practice that I just didn't have the bandwidth to go find someone new. BIG MISTAKE. Things just kept falling apart. I'd send over content changes and they'd sit untouched for weeks despite his contract stating turn our time for BlueWolf was 2 days. He canceled a call on me at 11pm the night before we were supposed to meet, then just ghosted on the reschedule too. No call, no email, nothing. He insisted he had my content ready, but he would just disappear. When I finally had enough and terminated our contract, he refused to hand over my website content despite the fact that it was owned by me per his BlueWolf contract. I was forced to scramble and find someone to help me put together a website, and before I had a chance to put up my new site, he took my original website offline, leaving me with no online presence. I run a VIRTUAL medical practice. My website isn't a side project, it's my whole existence. It's how patients find me and trust me. This whole experience cost me all of the free time I had during the two weeks between terminating my contract and him shutting down my website. It cost me so much money, as I had prior engagements to present myself at events. I lost real clients because my original site wasn't updated and had a lot of flaws. Please save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
