Grossly mismanaged my property, failed to enforce contract provisions such as allowing tenents to have multiple unauthorized dogs, failed to enforce property maintence requirements and failed to collect late fees . Additionally, failed to provide three day notice of nonpayment without my insistence. Failed to manage contractor repairs and lastly constantly tried to shove his religion down my throat.

Kimberly Stanley made my wife and I first time home buying experience amazing. She was with us every step of the way, hands on and involved to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. She practically treated us like we were her family and made our process so easy by going above and beyond. I definitely would recommend her to anyone. As well as for future references.

We called her in the morning on our second day in Crawfordville and by that afternoon she had four houses to show us. She was helpful, courteous and professional.
