Blue Titan is an amazing health and fitness community. I have tried both in the gym and their Blue Titan On Demand services and both at are exceptionally worth every penny and time spent. Everyone at BT from the owners to the staff to the members are so dedicated to health and overall improvement of one s life.

After years of coming and going from different gyms without any direction or motivation, I decided I needed more guidance to get any results. When I started a challenge at BT almost 3 years ago, I never imagined it'd shape who I am today not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. The staff is so knowledgeable and diverse as are the members. There is something about the camaraderie and the "shared suffering" that keeps you coming back for more (not to mention the results!) The best part about BT is there's always something to be excited about - things are never stagnant. Whether it's a new fitness or nutrition challenges, a competition, updated programming, new equipment, there's always something to look forward to! They're constantly evolving and improving. I love, love, love this place.

Blue Titan is the best investment I've ever made! They continuously exceed very expectation! It's not only the classes, the facility, the people, the On-Demand workouts, but it's incredibly motivating when someone genuinely cares about your goals and your success! I find myself not wanting to let them down, and in the process have improved my fitness, lowered my weight, increased confidence, and changed my lifestyle!

Anyone can put some equipment in the basement or go to a $20 gym, but I could never have gotten on my own what BT gives me!!

Between their CrossFit classes and their coaching program, I am a better, fitter, stronger and happier version of myself than I was a year ago. The coaches and staff really care about each person and their progress. Each of the other members are so supportive and welcoming - there is nothing to be intimidated by! Highly recommend you sign up for a class, come in and see what they have to offer. All fitness levels are welcome and anything can be scaled to your needs. It s truly the best thing you can do for yourself. They go out of their way to take care of the members and you will feel it instantly which in turn will help you meet your goals and stay motivated.

I ve been coming here for years there really is a sense of community and the coaches are knowledgeable and attentive it s a great place to workout
