Hi! My name is Kathy & I have been a member of Blue Titan for almost 2 years now. This gym has not only changed my physical appearance, but it has completely changed my mental health & well being. I have given up bad habits that have been with me since I was young. This has made me an all round better & healthier person & an even better NANA to my almost 4 yr old granddaughter! I can not believe how strong I have become. I also love that Blue Titan introduced me to Prestige Labs supplements! I regularly purchase their Intra which is a delicious powder that goes in your water bottle & 100% works to remove soreness & lean muscle repair! I love that I can purchase it right inside the gym at such a great price! At 63 yrs old, I never dreamed I would be where I am at today!!! I look forward to going to Blue Titan everyday & seeing my great coaches & friends & getting a great workout!
