First, I'd like to say I rarely if ever post reviews on here. I just wanted to say how wonderful our experience has been with this company. We have an amazing Technician (Jason). When we ever have problems with our equipment he is out the same day to take care of us. On his last visit he not only took care of our copier he also fixed a problem on my computer. Truly amazing customer service.
Was having issues with our office printer, called in and had a callback from a technician within 10 minutes his name was Jonathan and he was amazing! Even though the phone conversation took about two hours he was able to fix our printer remotely and walk me through every step of the way.
Horrible to deal with. Service Tech will not help you when your copier is not working, but insults you instead. Never want to deal with them again.
Went for a meeting. Their customer service was awesome.
They over billed us, machine doesnt work correctly, tech people are very rude.
Sales people are clueless.

Asks your marital status during interview. They don't realize it is illegal and very rude? don't waste your time with them!
Drove from Toledo to the Cleveland office for hands on training. I'm blown away by everyone's pleasant demeanor. This company is just amazing!
