Blue Square Property are extremely unprofessional and I cannot stress this enough. As someone who resided in a property managed by Rachel - 8 months later after leaving the property I am still dealing with stuff due to her poor work ethic and inability to file the correct documents or even answer my phone calls. I left when a lease was completely up and am still having to follow up to have my name removed from the property details to this day! Do not rent any property they manage, not would I recommend using them to manage a property. You will only encounter a lack of professionalism and have to follow everything up yourself! Today found out they dropped that property yesterday, so in other words will drop your property when you call them out for not doing their job properly! 0 stars if I could ve!
Rachel was managing my property for me for years, until due to some personal circumstances, I moved into the property to live in it myself. Rachel has always been very thorough and timely with her inspection and her reports back to me. The tenants were well selected, and I know she care for the property and the tenants as well as me as the landlord. If I were to have another property, I will definitely be looking for Blue Square property to manage it for me again.
This is a great leasing agency. We have been renting from them for a couple of years now and they ve always been quick to respond to any issues. Rachel even took a call on Christmas day to help organise an electrician when our power went out.
