Blue Sky Management made everything easier during my application process for getting aproval from the Condominium. It was very nice working with Adonis, who was answering my emails and phone calls right away and he was on top of everything. I truly recommend Blue Sky and especially Adonis, because he is doing his job and he is going to make sure that the job is done!
My company provides solid waste and recycling services for over 300 individual condos on Miami Beach. I have worked with many of the property management companies on the beach as well as the boards themselves. In regards to customer retention, I can say there are few Property management companies that compare. As it pertains to paying invoices in a timely manner, Blue Sky is as solid as they come. They do not hesitate to contact us on behalf of their customer, for service related issues on our end.
worst company i have deal as a Real estate agent, management never answer the phone, they dont return calls, this company does not care, neither their employees or management, worst service i have ever experienced..Gladys Fernandez Community association manager is the worst, doesn't bother or care about service or the owners, poor service to the extreme.
Blue Sky was a hot mess but has changed dramatically since the new owner, Jeff Midlick, came onboard. There have been a couple of serious issues creep up in our condo association (24 units) and I ve found Jeff to be easily accessible, prompt at responding to my concerns and efficient at resolving the matters. As owners, we re feeling good about this management company and the building is really looking great. Jeff is polite, professional and an all-around nice guy. I highly recommend Blue Sky now.
Our Association has been with Blue Sky Miami ( BSM ) for several years.
I have also been on BOD for many of those years. I want to say, since Carlos and Jeff have taken ownership, they have turned their newly aquired business around 100%.
Prior to January 2019, the BOD was seriously considering other Management Companies as we saw multiple issues of concern reguarding prevoius ownership, and staff. The BOD felt a decrease in cofidence, and that are needs were being met adequately. We were going to delay the move until after our new budget for 2019 was completed. Then as a group, we dicided to delay this move, and take the approach "wait and see" how Carlos and Jeff navigate through their transtion of BSM.
Five months into their ownership, they have been on target. Jeff is always
available, he follows up on requsts, and addresses concerns in a timely matter. He reaches out to other vendors for better quotes, better reviews from others , and gives us choices, so that we may make better decisions for our Association and nieghbors.
If you considering a change from your current managemnt company, I would suggest reaching out to Carlos and Jeff of BSM.

Crooks big time crooks and lack of professionalism.. When they were question about the finances of our building they resign and left us with huge debts. That we had to do assessments to restructure the finances of our properties. I don't know why they still in business.. Stay away from then ... Run
Blue Sky Miami manages the building where I own a rental property. My new tenant raved about the great service she received from Adonis. She applied for and received association approval in a less than a week. That's a rarity in this town. Thanks Adonis for making this happen.

Blue Sky Miami employs the rudest and most unprofessional people I have come across ever. The receptionist Giselle Pareda nasty and disrespectful. Hung the phone up 3X on me when I called with a different number raised her voice and hung up again. Blue Sky Miami handles my Condo association maintenance dues. My call was only to ask why I haven't received my current bill and what's the actual payment due. I finally was directed to Anthony Mederos, the person handling my buildings account. I emailed him and emailed him and got no response. I then emailed a Mr. Sheiner in the company to try and get some resolution. That's when Anthony Mederos finally contacted me. The attitude and rudeness started immediately in his tone. I questioned the reason for the unprofessionalism and was told he's not interested in hearing me complain. At that point , I no longer had any interest in continuing the conversation. Hopefully, after me discussing this issue with my Condo association and getting their feedback of their experiences, we can find a new Property Manager. Blue Sky Miami very poor people skillls.
You have found the absolute worst management company if you're even thinking about using Blue Sky. They are a tiny little outfit with very few managers that are overwhelmed it seems. They also are SOOO LAZY OMG. I cannot stress it enough LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! They are so unprofessional.

My first experience working with a Condo Association. They were readily available and easy to contact when I had questions through the application process. Email and phone follow ups were received to make sure I knew they had everything they needed and the next steps through the process. Very pleasant experience.
As a real estate broker and Licensed Community Association Manager, I give Blue Sky Miami a well-deserved 5-star rating. Although I am not a client that lives at one of the properties, I am a listing agent for a couple of condos in a building that Blue Sky now manages. The previous management was absolutely horrendous and it seems to be consistent characteristic among many property managers who simply don't care. The difference now with Blue Sky Miami is truly a breath of fresh air.
I am a real estate investor and owner of several properties on the beach. I have never had worse experiences that I did with Blue Sky Managment regarding the mismanagement of our building. The photos say it all. They have an excuse for everything.We informed them about a water leak 8 months ago - water coming through the ceiling into our bathroom. It took them six months to fix the roof leaks. Our bathroom is completely destroyed with mold growth on the walls. They basically said 'it's your problem' with arrogance and rudeness. I have tens of thousands of dollars in constant assessements. They will always say that the 'building has no money". The public areas are falling apart since they claim there is no money to paint the building. They just let things fall into pieces, showing you they do not really care, wait to hit residents with big assesments before they lift a finger to do anything. Deplorable! We are pursuing legal action against them after suffering $30,000 in damages due to their negligence.
I have worked with Blue Sky for many years. The new managers and staff are doing a great job on two properties I am closely involved. Keep up the good work Blue Sky!
Worst service though the maintenance is expensive as has no amenities. Never take care of issues. All thieves!!!
I have had an excellent experience with Blue Sky Miami. Mr. Gutierrez so kindly contacted me over the phone to make sure I received a document I needed to fill out, and once I submitted my application he asked what my target move-in date was. The board approved me in time to meet that date and the entire process has been easy and very fair. This is the kind of company that makes me feel extra confident I made the right apartment choice!
As a Real Estate professional in the Miami area, I've worked on a few deals with Blue Sky Miami. Giselle P. has provided the most professional service I've experienced with any management company in the area. I submitted applications for sales, leases, and as a property manager and the service has been exceptional time after time! Nothing beats sending out an email with questions and receiving a response shortly after. Great service is priceless! A++++

Blue Sky does exactly what we hired them to do - manage the financials and daily operations like trash, CMB fees, cleaning, and landscaping of our small building. They have online interfaces for a number of services (like billing and overdue accounts) which makes my life as a board member easier.
Running a building is complicated, and insurance companies take most of the money in Miami Beach. Many people who write negative reviews don't participate, forget to pay their bills, and then try to shift the blame.
if you want to rent a place and its associated w this property management, STAY away. they will make your life impossible. It took them months to try to get us fans approved cause our AC is too old ( told by their same inspection guy) and then they sent another guy to check again, who then came up with another excuse. After 2 months, they finally decided to approve cheap fans for us. Even the inspection guys told us they are impossible to work with and that we should find a new place.. Anyways they wont let one pass, they will try to get as much money as they can out of you and make up their own policies to screw you over. Like the last one they came up with. Our rent was due on the 12th of each month (thats what on the lease) and we had a grace period until the 16. They invented their own rent date (on the 1st and grace period on the 3rd) and then when our check wasnt ready they came up with a "we have to impose additional fees if your late on the late fees". WHich was NO WHERE to be found on the lease agreement.Honestly, the house we live in is so beautiful, but we cant wait for the lease to be over and never have to deal with Maxwell and his group again.
I would not do business with this company. Be careful! In response to the reply made 5 years later, the list of violations can be easily found performing a simple search in the County Clerk of the Courts. A long time has passed since I lived there, and my advise is based on the years I lived under this shady management.
While I owned a property managed by this administration I hardly believe how this people keep working in the market as they are so rude and unprofessional and when we ask for answers or solution to building issues they threat with calling the Police. Highly not recomended!
As a client of Blue Sky for a year, I can say that they have been very responsive and have gotten great vendors that have met our needs for less than we were previously paying. They are professional in all our interactions. We are very demanding and they have risen to every occasion.
