My company provides solid waste and recycling services for over 300 individual condos on Miami Beach. I have worked with many of the property management companies on the beach as well as the boards themselves. In regards to customer retention, I can say there are few Property management companies that compare. As it pertains to paying invoices in a timely manner, Blue Sky is as solid as they come.
