The room is too bad to be worse! Dirty, stuffed toilets, and many flies are even bad! The bottom of the 0.8-meter children's pool is not repaired for a long time. When we got to the hotel they told us they were upgrading us to a better room, however when I looked into the booking info we found out they were trying to give us a room much cheaper and with the worst views. When I complain they called the manager who gave us poor excuses and lies. We were enjoying holidays expecting our sea view room with twin beds and we ended up in a queen bed in front of a tree. I wont come back and I encourage everyone not to go, the staff is not reliable and we are having a very disappointing experience. There are much better options in Uluwatu
This hotel is a fraud! First of all we booked a room with "garden view" and we got a room with "wall view". Our room had a moldy smell and mold everywhere over the bathroom. Eventually they changed us to the room we booked after I asked. Sadly enough the same problem with the mold and it didn't look like they clean our room well, it was already dirty when we arrived.
The worst part of our stay here: WE GOT SICK! Our second day we got sick after we've been eating and drinking in the hotel all the time, though we paid attention for ice cubes en raw vegetables.
Furthermore the staff was unfriendly, at the pool we had to wait way too long before we could order some food and drinks. For some reason they always had to double check our room number and deposit when we wanted to sign the bill. What's that all about, it felt like they didn't trust us?
The food, as I said we got sick, besides it was not worth its money, everything was dry and had a lack of taste. On our last day we found a moldy cracker in our bowl!! (shown in pictures)
Apparently there's a party in the hotel every Sunday, we didn't know about it untill we couldn't order any fresh juices because otherwise they would run out of stock for the party. The Balinese massage was "okay" but not one of the better I've had so far.
The scene is okay but the resturant staff's atitude toward the costomer is so terrible. We had lunch here and it seems that we are the servant. So terrible!
I had my wedding here, the room were unique i had rock / stone bath tub and backyard with pool and Indian Ocean view. But when I ordered catering from the hotel, they changed the quality on the wedding day into some cheap quality street foods. It was a disaster and embarrassment to my guests.

The "Deluxe" rooms are a disaster. Smells, mold in the shower, stained sheets, holes in walls and ceiling. Electrical sockets without outlets, just cables hanging out.
Sure, the view from the pool area, overlooking the waves is nice but the hotel its self is a disaster. Not worth it.
Would not recommend to anyone before they do a mayor renovation!

This place is very popular among the Chinese. There are about 10 Chinese bride and groom photoshoots everyday at the pool. My wife and I found it entertaining and funny. Just be aware there's going to be a lot of Chinese taking pictures. We stayed here several times and some rooms are in need of renovations. The staff is really nice and helpful. The food is good just a little more expensive than some of the other restaurants. Also watch out for the monkeys. Uluwatu is having trouble with them. The population has outgrown it's natural food source so they depend on stealing food to survive. If you don't watch your stuff closely they'll take your food, phone, glasses, anything shiny. It's just part of the experience, just be alert.
This place is a must when you go to Uluwatu to do view is excellent can t be better you can see the best surfers in the world front of this place is one of the hotspot for the surfers in the world maybe the best one or one of the best anyhow and top of that they have infinity pool is view is awesome.
This place is one of the best wedding photo shooting place in Uluwatu room is nice and big enough with balcony service is a little bit of a slow but OK front desk reception people are really friendly and helpful! This place is highly recommend ecommended by the Fufu legendary FUFUs l ranking of7
The location is amazing and we got an upgrade to a villa and this was really special. 2 free drinks free breakfast alil more than we expected to pay but the location is beautiful. With a special someone I m sure this is a place to remember.

The pool and view is outstanding but then I got to my room and was very disappointed. It s dirty and old but okay for a few nights.
Wifi was excellent but then didn t work for one whole day which is was annoying. I would stay there again but only for a short time cause the pool is amazing and the location is great too!
It's rather difficult to get out of the hotel, because the hny taxi vehicle is dark. And the night must be crowded
Rooms are very tired, bathrooms especially. View is beautiful but pools have loud music. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Good but old and could be cleaned better, specially the baths. Buses of chinese tourists that were not staying in the hotel would come just to take pictures of the edgeless pool and that was really uncomfortable + weddings. The food is also really bad. But the staff is friendly, the view is amazing so it was worth it.
The scenery is very good, it should be the main romantic card, many people are married here to take wedding photos.
The hotel is built on a cliff. It looks like there is no beach, but there are a lot of people surfing, it is very good, it is said to be a rot woman paradise.
There is a single fin beach party, and the accommodation may be unfavorable. Other facilities and pools are very good, and there are monkeys in front of the hostel.

The best view of uluwatu. The problem is the rooms are not that good.
Simply gorgeous views, a junior suite with a bathroom with windows in two walls, you can sit on the balcony or by the pool and just enjoy. Very friendly and helpful staff, everybody says hello, they drove us a bike directly to the Hotel for Rs 80,000 a day. Breakfast nourishing, a mixture of a small buffet and some dishes to choose from. The rooms themselves can be seen tired, it would be nice to update the furniture, WiFi is average, sometimes it disappears, the provider said the problem. At the initial reservation it was more expensive to book than through the company, but we checked the price right at them, they asked how much it cost - the standard room went out to 8,000,000 at the company, offered us 900,000 suites with ng when paying at the reception, we agreed and did not regret it!
There is no beach of its own, which is logical in all of Uluwatu, to get to any beach you need to go down the stairs (there are many) in this and a plus and a minus for someone like. Compared with Kuta no molested.

Great hotel, comfortable, clean and large rooms, super attentive and friendly staff, the infinity pool is fantastic, large and heated, the pool water is warmer than the tub, the breakfast is varied and tasty, view from the restaurant to the sea is beautiful. If you look at the room I choose, the room I stayed in was great and with a bathroom, but it had no shower and for me it was missing. This hotel is 2km from Uluwatu Temple and Uluwatu beach side making it easy to access.
