When we got to the hotel they told us they were up...

When we got to the hotel they told us they were upgrading us to a better room, however when I looked into the booking info we found out they were trying to give us a room much cheaper and with the worst views. When I complain they called the manager who gave us poor excuses and lies. We were enjoying holidays expecting our sea view room with twin beds and we ended up in a queen bed in front of a tree. I wont come back and I encourage everyone not to go, the staff is not reliable and we are having a very disappointing experience. There are much better options in Uluwatu
