Great place for anyone looking to get into DH mountain biking. Many of the trails are very accessible and easy to learn on, but plenty of more difficult trails for advanced riders. I would give it 5 stars if they ran two lifts in the summer.

Great little ski village and resort. They have activities for all seasons and family oriented. Prices are a bit above average, but not out of alignment for a resort. Suggest going into town or bringing your own food for the budget conscious folks. Town of Collingwood is only a 5 min drive away. Parking is free but hard to find during weekends or busy season.

Price for ski lift ticket always changes on the official web site , so check it often.

Also don't believe the book 5 day ahead you will get the best deal koolaid thing on the website.

I find it cheaper to buy it there on the same day then book weeks ahead.

And parking gets full by the afternoon. Happy skiing;)

Blue isn't a particularly tall mountain but has a large number of runs. Service is good but the mountain is much less enjoyable when there is too many people. Lifts and hills get clogged and it's very hectic. Regardless, this is one of the better places to go ski/snowboarding in Ontario.

It s not like Whistler or Mont Tremblant but it s pretty good for Southern Ontario locals! It s a bit pricey for rentals if you don t have your own gear and it s about 2.5 hours away from Toronto, but you re sure to have a great time when you re there. We only go during the winter and so we enjoy snowboarding/skiing. The lineups for the lifts aren t long and the slopes are nice!

Great resort close to Toronto. Other resorts are quite small in comparison to it. If you're beginner you can go and practices on other ones. If you're more than beginner than you need greater choice of difficulty options, which you will get here, at Blue Mountain resort.

Went to learn how to snowboard, the staff were friendly and willing to help if you asked. The central section was definitely superior when learning to snowboard (the "undergraduate" hill is steeper and easier to learn the turns).

It can be pretty pricey though.

This is the best public ski resort in Ontario. If you're not from Ontario, don't have too high expectations. The North side has a good selection of black diamond runs that you can spend the day on. Weekend lineups are often insane, 10 min plus and the runs take 2.

I stayed at the Weider Lodge which is older but still well kept hotel in the heart of the village. The resort is an awesome place to visit to ski, dine and sleep. Everything is an easy walking distance so you don't need to worry about travelling far. The staff are all great their too.

It's a nice unique area. There aren't many places likes this in Ontario. We wanted to come back for New Years Eve but were sad to find out that they have a 3 day minimum over the holidays.

Great experience. It was actually my birthday the day I checked In and had an amazing surprise to have an upstairs room with mountain view and bottle of wine with chocolates sent to my room. Great staff and they are always here to assist.

Not a place to go in the off season. Overpriced village restaurants and crowds of people. Then again Blue mountain isn't a great place during the ski season. Collingwood does look lovely in the winter though.

As the buildings are pretty old, the plumbing and electrical equipment is a little out of date. The exhaust in my room was very loud. Overall, it's a great resort with great activities for summer and winter

Very nice hills close to Toronto, but the hills are frequently very icy due to low levels of snow and high levels of people scraping the snow off the top of the hills.
Most of the lifts go quite fast, but there are definitely days and times where you're waiting to go up the hill longer than it takes you to get down the hill...
But this has still been a family and friend getaway for years - easy to go for just a day or even a week! Will always keep coming here

I'm a season pass holder at blue mountain and a recurring guest there. It's relatively close to Toronto, just a 2 hour drive. The slopes are nice there and the hotel as well. They staff are are always accommodating to our needs. We forgot toothpaste last time and the hotel gave us complimentary toothpaste. It's the little details that make it a comfortable stay. I've already booked another 3 night stay in a week from now because my experience was so good.

Could have been little better but we enjoyed our stay. Nice place to spend time with family and friends. I believe the summer experience is way different than winter so will not say winter fun will be same as summer but overall good place.

Beautiful and would go again. Some confusion on check in, but it was very busy and they were training so it was hectic. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Pool was awesome, so was the hot tub. If you can, splurge for a room in Mosiac with a stovetop and microwave, and you can cook a dinner and breakfast in there. Even if I'd never left my room I'd have loved it.

I discovered Blue Mountain through my college even about 4 years ago. It was the funniest I had over all. Got me to come back all on my own this January 13th of 2019.
First of all their online lift ticket purchase is amazing because I avoid long line ups.
I do not own any large equipment like skis and boards but the rental team here st blue has you covered.
Alexis was working the day I went and she just blew customer service out of the water. Great friendly vibe and always smiling. Came back a few times to adjust my straps throughout the day, and guess what? She was still smiling. Over all, amazing crews all over the resort, from the lift operators to the people behind the desk. Go to the Blues

Absolutely beautiful went snowboarding here instantly bought a season pass after seeing the village and Hills plus the atmosphere it was a done deal for me closest thing to Europe in Southern Ontario.

Better than expected.

Better than expected.
I've skied all over Europe and this is my first experience in Canada. The resort is relatively small but the skiing was quite good.

Experiences at the resort are awesome. Inn could use a few extra amenities and pool needs an update. No microwave in room. Charge for wifi. Staff is friendly everywhere. Location of the inn is far away from village but quiet and pet friendly. Cost should include Wi-Fi. Never had housekeeping because our security lock closed and locked us out of our room. Waited 45 minutes for maintenance to come. Otherwise clean rooms.
