Go to another dealership. Sales are good but the service center is seriously slacking in the professionalism. They don't call you to quote you or tell you any fees, they just do it and charge you later. They don't know what they are doing. I have had no problem with any other dealership just this one. Learn customer service skills!

Shari and Andrew were such a pleasure to work with while getting my new car! Shari new exactly what i wanted and found what I was looking for fast! Andrew made the financing experience smooth and quick. This was my 2nd purchase with Shari and I'm sure it won't be my last! Recently we took our 2011 Town and Country into Blue Mountain Chrysler for repair. Our initial contact was with Jennifer She was very helpful and pleasant. Shortly after the van was towed into the dealership, Adrian called to discuss what issues we felt needed to be addressed. Later that day, Adrian called with the diagnosis and an estimate of costs. We feel Blue Mountain Chrysler provided prompt exemplary service.

I recently had service done for my Grand Cherokee....

I recently had service done for my Grand Cherokee. They were quick and efficient which I appreciated. The only thing is that I had an oil change performed and I would have hoped they would have checked my tire pressure like the oil change places. My dash is still showing low air pressure so I know they didn t do this. But overall I am satisfied.
