Came in last week, no one was at desk. Waited for about ten minutes. No receptionist ever came. Lots of loud voices and laughing coming from room by waiting area. Called earlier that day, but no one answered either. Lacking on customer service.
Overall wonderful relaxing experience. Terrific facial from Gigi and massage from Rebekah!
A bit pricey but well worth it. All of the staff were very kind and I had the BEST massage and facial here. I wish I lived closer.
What an absolutely incredible feeling to walk out of there and feel like you have a new face! Gigi Banks provided me with an extraordinary experience. She is very skilled, her knowledge was amazing and very informative, and her hands felt like velvet. Blue Moon is without question one of the the top of the line Massage and Wellness centers I have ever experienced. The receptionist is very nice, very well informed and the entire experience was WONDERFUL!!! I am going to tell everyone I know about this place..

Had a couples massage here, and it was wonderful. Very inviting, clean environment, had thoughtful extra touches in the couples room, and the massage therapists were great. Husband and I walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed - our problem areas were thoroughly worked on. Great prices as well; no special occasion necessary to justify the spend. Elton and Cristi were our masseuses and they were excellent. Highly recommend!

This place is a legit spa. If you are looking for a girl's day out, this place is for you! It is also great for routine services. For example, I get my eyelash extensions done there, and they are perfect every time!
I've been working at Blue Moon Massage & Wellness Spa since August of 2015. The atmosphere is a wonderful place to work and for clients to relax. All my coworkers are great people to work with, I couldn't be more happy to be given the opportunity to provide excellent service to each and every person who visits the spa. I've been getting my lashes done by Jane for over a year now and I'm so happy with them! Every service I've had done has been wonderful. Everyone that works there are great! Even the receptionist is knowledgeable and so sweet.I feel comfortable and relaxed. I'm there every week and they make me feel like family.
