Jerome made this girls' night out extra special. Excellent apps and main courses accompanied lovely sparkling wines and the popular beetnik (beet infused tequila) started things off. A selection of deep red wines satisfied the most savvy red-wine drinker. French press coffee wrapped things up with a bow. Decorated beautifully for the holiday season. Nice. Only negative was a black-ice parking lot that needed salt/sand after a recent storm. But we all made it on our merry way just fine.

We absolutely loved Blue Moon Evolution! I ve been trying to get there for a while, due to other reviews. We finally made it in today! We got there right when they opened and was greeted and sat promptly! Our waitress was great, the host was amazing, and the food was perfect! Even my meat eating husband enjoyed the Sweet Potato and Rice Soup! We will be back! We ate every bite!

Excellent dining experience. Girlfriend had the better of two delicious dishes. She has the fish tacos and they were crispy, juicy and full of flavor. I had the ahi tuna bowl. Tuna was perfectly cooked and the veggies and rice delicious. We went for dessert and loved the ice cream sunday (get it with the cookie) and my love enjoyed the chocolate torte. Service was impeccable and Jillian was friendly, chatty and extremely helpful.
Overall, an experience I could have every day and never tire.

The food and drinks were good but there were major problems with management. This is a kitchen that uses latex gloves. A fair warning for any who have this allergy. After finding out about their use of latex after my mom was suffering from an allergic reaction, management was very rude. In all the times my mother has gone out to eat never once has she had to warn the kitchen of the latex allergy because no one uses latex gloves. Management didn't apologize or comp the meal that sent my mom to the hospital but rather blamed her for it and then bad mouthed her once we left the restaurant. I will never return again.

Had heard great things, and the food definitely lived up to the hype. Got the pork shoulder, and every bite of the whole dish was just delicious. My wife got the flank steak and I was lucky enough to steal a bite--so good! Finished it all off with the chocolate bread pudding, which was also really great. Just a really awesome meal. Highly recommend!

The staff was polite, sweet, and attentive. The atmosphere was delightful and calming. The food was expensive for the quality... I got a salad because I was craving cheese; however, the cheese tasted like manure (not exaggerating). Maybe this is how unprocessed cheese is supposed to taste, but I did not care for this taste... I ate the lettuce instead. I really enjoyed this place- just not their cheese.

My wife and I went most recently on a Friday night, kind of spur of the moment date night. I booked a 6pm reservation on opentable around 2pm. We have been deloghted by our experience at Blue Moon Evolution on multiple occasions before and this was no different. Our server was quick, well informed and attentive without being over bearing. Cocktails and mocktails are creative and refreshing. The wine selections are great and they also have a great variety of local beer. I started with a delicious Farm Green salad with bacon pieces and an egg and my wife started with a red beet salad. I ordered the flank steak which was cooked perfectly and my wife had the chicken breast which was surprising delicious for chicken, which we both generally find a little boring. Bread pudding and chocolate tart for dessert completed the evening experience. I have recommend this restaurant to friends and family and everyone always has a great meal and experience. Thank you for having such a great restaurant in downtown Exeter!

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. The food was remarkable as well as unique. The staff was attentive as well as knowledgeable and they even hung up our coats and helped us to get them on as we left. What a remarkable Hidden Gem.

After going to Life Alive in Lowell and Cambridge, MA the lunch, smoothies and wraps do not come close to comparing. Lunch gets 4 star but dinner get's 5 or 6. All the food is fresh, healthy and tasty. Lunch is overpriced and dinner is somewhat high in price but worth it because it is delicious! My favorite place to go for Dinner in the area :)

Excellent food and atmosphere. The staff is always so warm and friendly. The drinks are unique and delicious(try the beetnik!), and I've never had a bite of food I didn't love. It's great that they serve local meat and produce, and there are lots of vegan and GF options. 10/10!

Our first visit left us with good tastes on our palates and uplifted spirits. We went with a party of four and sat on the corner of the small bar with the constant attention of the 1 bartender and second waitress/bartendress. We we're offered samples of the wines and Meade we chose before committing to ordering. They even make their own concoction of Aquavit, a Danish fennel schnapps, made from local herbs. Octopus appetizer and suchi roll (with a mild wasabi, toned done by mixing it with almond paste.) There was a wide assortment of wonderful gourmet entrees without having to choose from a long list. I had the curried local goat that left be bleating for more. Even dessert was a surprise with a fresh tart berry cobbler with artisan strawberry ice cream and coffee served in a French press.
The ambiance was relaxing and quaint, the barstools comfortable enough to sit for hours, food fantastic and a staff that pays close attention to their patrons' needs and questions. The prices were moderate to high, but an excellent value for the total package.
This was well worth the long drive from Concord. We will return.

With only three other tables occupied, it is easy to be attentive. The 10 or so seat bar was nearly full when I arrived before the rest of my party, but the bartendress was quick and polite. Moved to a table and was served off and on by at least three along with the server. The fish cakes app was excellent.. Crispy and succulent with a sauce that enhanced rather than overwhelmed. The Bolognese looked ordinary but surprised with perfectly cooked pasta and an occasional fresh mint leaf bomb to the taste buds. The only issue was the Mexican chocolate creme brulee. Mexican chocolate has a certain caramel and cinnamon nuance that didn't exist, and the brulee was burnt, badly.
The service was Seacoast expected. It was seemingly trained well, the small touches were performed, it was efficient and unobtrusive. Overall, nicely done.
