We purchased a Robalo 227 from Anglers in April 2020 which included a trade-in. Wes and his entire team treated us well through the process. They were very fair, honest and customer service-oriented. The great responsiveness and service levels have continued after the sale. They have been very helpful with any need or question that we have had. We are very pleased with our Robalo, and also very pleased that we purchased it from Anglers Marine.

Tried to buy a Bayliner from Paul. Could not get any info or even a call back today. Giving up after week of excuses and the run around, I emailed the website. The owner and his son and have both reached out to me. Maybe it depends on the person you deal with. If you are selling a boat keep this in mind. Not everyone would be so diligent to keep trying without service. I am certainly less interested now.
I recently bald 27' Cape horn from this establishment anglers marine here and shallow North Carolina and let me tell you this they are the biggest pieces of absolute she it on the face of this are my boat has an autopilot feature that has not worked since I got it they have gave me 17 times the run around with it tried to wait to my manufacturer's warranty expired just so I'd have to pay more out of pocket when I've been a recent customer in the past these guys are absolute terrible. Please don't go there
I Recently Purchased a new KeyWest boat from Anglers Marine NC. The dealer is a family owned business and do a great job taking care of their Customers. They spent tons of extra time with both my wife and myself to make sure that they had answered every question we had. After the sale, the service has been spectacular. The team does a flawless job and makes sure that every item is taken care of. I didn't by a super expensive boat, but the way the dealership treated me, you would not know that. They treated my purchase like I was buying a top of the line luxury boat. Communication from Andrea was great when it came to actually executing the purchase and everything arrived just like they said it would. Boat Registration, Trailer Tags, Warranty registration etc. She even had all the temporary registrations set aside for the Boat and the Trailer. It was nice for all this to just happen without having to chase or do any follow up to get the final registrations. After the sale, the service was just as smooth. Scott and his team handled my service taking care of every little detail. Everything was taken care of flawlessly. Dealer is extremely Honest and works hard to take care of the customer. I would recommend buying a boat from this dealer from this experience and I have no hesitation about buying my next boat from this dealer as well.

Let me start that if there was an option I would rate this marina 0 stars. I had the upmost worst experience with this marina I have ever encountered. Despite the fact that I took off 2 days of work, drove over 700 miles, and spent my weekend driving 10 hours each way, I was outright lied to and disrespected by all levels of the staff. For starters this boat in which we have been in contact discussing the prior 2 weeks was the complete opposite of what was described. the "350" hours which was listed online turned out to read 820 hours which they somehow did not know about. Reports of maintenance that was made in fall was falsely advertised for the water impeller was completely shot, The fuel filters were rusted, and the zinc's were never changed in "routine maintenance". Claiming there was no records of maintenance done, I began to really get frustrated. TO TOP IT OFF, after our water test the salesman Joe had a tough time bringing the boat back onto the trailer resulting in a crack in the fiber glass on the bottom of the hull. In response, quote "You don't own this boat yet. You take it as it is, we are not fixing that" completely disgusted, I decided to sleep on it at the hotel that I preordered for this trip. In the morning when I went in to discuss and try to work with the marina and maybe lower the price to still work a deal but be compensated for their faulty advertising as well as misuse while loading the boat, Joe refused to let me speak with his sales manager. This is the first review I have ever wrote about any company. A boat owner for over 30 years this is the worst experience I have ever had. Please do yourself a favor and never use this Marina. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FROM OUT OF THE AREA!
Wes and his team are #1. No pressure, relaxed buying experience. I love my Robalo . (robalo is a snook fish) When I'm ready to move up or over to another boat, I'm going back to see Wes.

We bought our boat from Anglers Marine 6 years ago and have had them service it ever since. They get it every year in the late fall and winterize it, and they store it for the winter and then tune it up and bring it back spotlessly clean in the spring. They have been very responsive on any questions or issues, and I would highly recommend them.

The end result was they matched me with a boat that fit my needs and my families. I recieved the boat today and Paul went out of his way to travel with me up the intercoastal to my home. We just bought a previously owned Robalo R247 from Anglers Marine. I can't say enough about how fantastic the process and the customer service was. Paul was our salesman and fit us with our perfect boat, he walked us through the finances and spent as much time as we needed on the water for a familiarization cruise. We unfortunately had a problem with the boat on the first day of use, not catastrophic but needed attention. I emailed him pictures of what happened, he reached out to Robalo and it will be covered under warranty. That is service! Considering it is used, it could have easily been deemed "My problem". Not the case with Anglers. This is my first saltwater boat but not my last, I will only do business with Anglers from here forward. Thanks Paul and your team for such a great experience.
For 28 years I had been an avid Freshwater fisherman and owned many high performance bass boats. After 28 years I made the decision to fish both freshwater and saltwater. This required a shift in my boating needs. Needless to say I was a novice and the choices were endless. The Anglers team (CW and Wes) worked with both me and my wife (and as all fisherman know, happy wife= happy fishing:)). We ended up purchasing a 2016 new Robalo Cayman 246 and could not be more happy. The boat is awesome for both fishing and pleasure. The patience and direction was second to none. As I progress in my saltwater fishing experience I have continued to further outfit the boat with the latest and greatest accessories and once again they are there to guide me through my purchasing decisions and ultimately the outfitting of the boat. The service team guided by Frank has always treated me with the upmost respect and has ensured I am completely happy and my servicing needs are met timely so I can get back on the water! Paul Eagle was our salesmen, and was very helpful in finding us the right boat for our needs. We went back & forth on a couple of boats until we decided on our boat. Purchased a used boat in December. Dealt with sales rep Steve. Steve was able to pre-approve me over the phone, and was very in front and honest about a mechanical issue with the boat I called about. In doin so he earned my complete trust. Also, after purchasing an alternate boat, they have kept up with all promises and even are resolving an issue I had with the boat that they easily could have said was buyer beware on a used boat. I sincerely appreciate everything that Steve and anglers marine has done for me, and I feel I got a fantastic boat for a good deal. I would highly recommend Steve and anglers marine to any friend or family member on the market. Seriously they did a great job and showed fantastic business ethics and follow up.
Service department charged us for a repair that they did not do. Claimed to have Made repairs amounting $1400.to get our boat running and to have winterized and put 5 gallon of gas in tank. 6 months later after taking boat put of storage it would not run.tank.took back and they said gas was bad and 4 gallons were missing so we must have ran the boat and we needed another $1000 plus of work done.
