Fantastic service! Cocktails, refreshing & lobster pasta, entree, had just the right amount of fresh lobster. Delicious! Worth the trip & make reservations.

Always a fun time at Blue Mingo. The food is dependably excellent and I never fail to enjoy and buy something special at the gift shop. The bar and mixed drink are awesome. Service is top notch. Thank you for your hospitality. I will be back!!!

Nice place with views of the water. The food was good, only complaint was that the tuna nacho dish was more of a seaweed nacho dish. There were maybe ten 1cm cubes of tuna and a solid pound of seaweed. The tuna was great, just need a better ratio or a name change for the dish

Awesome views of the lake. Food was great ,drinks were delicious. We rented a pontoon for a couple hours and had a blast. Reasonably priced and very generous wi/h giving us extra time and worms without any charge. Thank you guys for everything. Can't wait to go back

We went to the grill by boat. Easy to dock; 20 yards to the restaurant. We ate outside right on the water. Good timely service by friendly waitress. Chilean sea bass was excellent. Crab cakes were good. Korean fries were a pretty good appetizer. Mud pie for dessert was very nice. Overall excellent night out capped by a beautiful boat ride back to our camp. Go if you are in Cooperstown.

First time visit recently, the food was amazing, and you really cannot beat the view, we sat outside, right on the water, but even the porch seating had a great view. Just plan plenty of time for dinner if you are going on an Opera night as we were. It gets busy and the food can take a while coming out of the kitchen. We arrived at 5:40, and left at 7:30, just enough time to get to the opera, but we plan to make our reservations a bit earlier next time.

Food was wonderful. Staff was friendly. View was amazing.
It was a little slower paced than I'd like as far as things getting done go. If you're out for a leisurely night then it's fine, but if you're on a schedule.... Don't plan on being on time, unless you plan accordingly. Start to finish we were there two hours. Might be the start of the season, might be the pandemic.... But despite service being slow, my husband and I had a wonderful much needed date night.
