Blue Chip Casino Review

Blue Chip is a nice casino. The buffet is only okay tho, they always run out of fried chicken and the food is never hot.

The food, drinks, and service was great. Spent a little in the casino.

Terrible experience, impossible to cancel a room (if Eventually get to talk to somebody). In today s times of travel there needs to be a little flexibility. Certain states are adding other states to quarantine orders and you can t always get a head of it because it s a moving target. Blue Chip is the only one that has given me Grief. No experience like that changing with Marriott Hilton or any of the airlines, lesson learned.

Was at the bar, was clean. Bartender was very friendly and helpful.

Bad experience, not sure I'll stay at the hotel again but will definitely go back to the games. Bad management.

My friends and I had an amazing time here! The drinks are cheap and the music was really good. I won $300 at the slots so that helped me have fun. We will definitely come back.

Rooms are good, service to the rooms takes a while and key cards don't work at all entrances.

Great place. Very clean. Great selection. Some drink waitresses are unfriendly but the others make up for it.

Always a great place to spend time and lose money lol. This time, however, I ate at Nelsons Deli and the food was excellently prepared and tasted amazing. The woman cooking really knows what she's doing. Excellent service as well. The food is a bit on the high price side but well worth it.

Mixed couples beware- this is the most racist casino on earth, and only 45 min from the South Side! My husband and i checked into the gorgeous grand suite- the highlight of my birthday, seeing as i couldn't even gamble without card dealers actually asking the players at their tables if it was okay if we joined in. We got these awful stares from everyone in the entire establishment. We had only one drink at the bar because the bartender was rude and wouldn't treat us as a couple, and the people there were very "hillbilly," for lack of better words. By 7:30am, we were doing 70 on the tiny country road out of there, thankful that it was light enough to get out of dodge. It was such a classy-looking place. So sad that the people there are not. At all. Will NEVER give them another penny. :-(

I highly recommend Blue Chip Casino for a Friday or Saturday night out on the town for entertainment live entertainment live music lots and lots of fun.

Trashy and small but can be fun with $5 table play. Lots of older people and the club vegas baby is kinda sketchy.

Really nice, security is a little extreme in my opinion. Could use a more knowledgeable staff.

Amazing stay in the new blue spa tower, we did spa treatments with private sauna and hot tub. They had a mma fight in the vent center, everything went off perfect. Fantastic stay from the beginning with very friendly people welcoming us. The room was spotless and our view was amazing! The shower is big enough for 3 people........ The food from Vegas baby was very good and not overly expensive. We did not gamble at all in the casino but it was very busy and a lot of staff was constantly moving around securing and cleaning things. We had a great stay and plan to be back sooner rather then later!

Loved it had a blast celebrating my tenth wedding anniversary!!

We attended a Christmas party at Blue Chip. The room was beautiful, the food was great, and the live music was great. The bathrooms were kept clean. Service overall was really good and I hope to be back for another event in the future.

They did not have enough themed slot machines like Willy Wonka, Michael Jackson ,Sex in the City and Wheel of Fortune prices on their food food

Very disappointed that my mother could not come and just sit in the buffet area without the purchase of a buffet. We travel every year and have never been told no. I know there are rules, but she is 88 years old and only eat light twice a day, and to say she can't just have a coffee while we eat is ridiculous.

I am a firm believer they don't pay out very much their comps ain't bad $300 on the three card table won two hands that was it but still is a beautiful place

Staff was friendly, room was beautiful, amenities were amazing. We had a great stay.

It has some great bands, Nelson is a good place to go eat after gaming.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Amazing views best i ever seen on lake michigan! Food was good hot and fresh very hot water with nice comfy beds! Must visit

Very nice hotel, bed was slightly uncomfotable, but beds are a tough thing to please everybody. Would have liked some sort of included breakfast for the price. Overall great place to stay

Thw staff were amazing. I love the casino. The games were a lot of fun and the environment was amazing.

Very accommodating i dropped a lot of cash here, great steak house, and when I was single a great place to take or find a date, not kidding, I never left this place alone unless I wanted to and no they weren't hookers lol. Are very gracious host when you play heavy they comp heavy.

Big and spacious for gambling, the sportbar has the best food. The other food places not so good. The live bands are the best part

Great casino destination that has it all. Great hotel rooms, very clean and well taken care of. This casino has Caribbean stud poker, the only casino that does in the Midwest. Excellent mix of older and new slots available. The restaurants has everything that you could expect from a Midwest casino.

Great casino, too many kids in the pool when we went (holiday weekend). Will come back.

The casino had one big room full of different games. It was spread out and did not feel packed. The place does smell like cigarette smoke quite a bit (6/10). Just stopped by for a little bit and enjoyed my experience. I will return

The kids and I went to the all u Can eat buffet the food tastes amazing a little pricey for kids but they enjoyed the experience and said they thought it was worth the price.

To packed and seems like its very dirty they are not keeping up with the place and that coffee is horrible

Friendly staff that were attentive and helpful when I had questions. Also great atmosphere for being able to relax and to have fun.

Very tight machines. Older games. Typical of boyd gaming. Room was humid and unclean. Will not be returning

Very good experience. Service was top notch clean in every aspect. Only downside was being in the midst of the smokers. Other than that I cant wait to return.

Fairly dated and dreary. The games are adequate, but selection is lacking. Better lighting and more variety are needed.

It's a typical Midwest casino trying to stand out from the rest. It's not Vegas

Does anyone win here? Two times in two years lost a grand each time over two days.. and let s be honest.. the beds are mediocre and the drinks are pricey. Idk... I ve been to much better casinos..

Only stopped by for breakfast. The buffet was a great value on Friday at $7.77. Very clean and fresh and well-done. Friendly staff. Only complaints were a few food items that did not quite hit the mark (though in past visits, I enjoyed the food a bit more), and an omelet bar line so long that it was not worth waiting in. Otherwise, a great meal!

I always have a good time when we go there. Had dinner at the buffet and gambled for awhile.

Great beer deals at casino bar, gambling floor is set up so your not bumping into.people all night....need better floor waiters, took a long time to get drinks when u dont wanna leave a winning game

Our stay at Blue Chip was awesome. We had a clean room, gaming was great as always, and we also really enjoyed the pool it was nice that there was a few hours without kids being there. The pool was nice, the Spas were nice, the pool could have been a little bit cooler, it was a little bit warmer than bath water but not as warm as the spas. Overall our experience staying at the Blue Chip Hotel in the Blue Chip Tower was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and we are really look forward to staying there again

We had a wonderful time. The rooms are nice and the casino has many great games.

Didnt stay in the hotel bud did go there to do a little gambling. Broken even and went home. But over all I had fun.

I feel like what does a person need to do to get a waitress! every time I go here I wait hours for one, I even broke down and hit my service button on my machine to tell the tech to send somebody! as much money as I spend here the least you can do is bring me a Pepsi!!!
