Blue Chip Casino Review

I just live a few mins from this mcasino and really enjoy certain slots, the food is great, the comps are marvelous!! Only downside these machines are tighter then fort knox.. Onyx player here. Gotta give a lil something back you would think

Weekday getaway, I enjoyed my stay the rooms were very nice, the food was good the only dislike was the shower wasn t very clean. Other than that everything was ok.

Although it's a big casino. Not 1 employee can tell you where one of their banquet halls are located! Made me over an hour late for my scheduled event time. NOT HAPPY!!

Room was in the old section of the casino and was very out dated and smelled moldy. The sink would not drain and toilet was broken. The price per night reflected a 4 star quality at 1 star reality. Casino was descent, older machines. Staff was great and friendly.

The room was very well adorned, we had an open bar for our event and the mixed drinks we're not watered down, the wine was very good, as was the food. The wait staff did a fantastic job of keeping the event moving and timing the different courses perfectly. Anyone that had any questions or need help with anything was taking care of promptly and courteously. My date and myself are both smokers and had help from one of the wait staff what's a napkin to keep the door open so we can get back in and not have to walk to the front of the casino. It was a very thoughtful gesture and the person that helped us was not only vested but thoroughly engaged in the only making sure that we were comfortable. Very enjoyable experience.

Atmosphere reminded me of a cafeteria in a nursing home, food was subpar except the prime rib it was very good, but not for the price I paid to eat at the buffet. ...staff made up for what it lacked in taste. ..

Had a wonderful stay in The Spa Tower Solara King Suite! My favorite room with a view!

Walked in sat down put $20 in the slots and instantly hit $86.75. Not bad. Lots of people winning around me. Good time.

Nice facility. We had a rv and stayed in the parking lot. Security was around several times during the night. Great job.

I didn't use the hotel or spa but the casino had old machines and too many video machines. I like the wild cherries and I only saw one and it was a dollar one not a quarter

Dirty, and the games are very old...felt as if I were in the ghetto side of vegas

1st off was double billed for a room upgrade. They have incompetent employees that cannot program a room key. I spent 3 trips to the Hotel counter to get the keys programed. The pool area is dirty and the hand rail on the steps is loose and wobbles making it unsafe to use. Hallway carpet has a very unpleasant smell. BlueChip should just shoot holes in the floor of that boat . I'll take myself to New Buffalo.

Best customer service! We accidentally booked smoking room for 2 nights. Didn't realize it until check-in. The front desk clerk didn't see any available room but went to check to make sure. She came back with great news. We were able to get the non smoking room we orginally thought we booked. Great customer care!

Hotel was nice. Didn't like the fact of a waitress cutting off my best-friend when she overheard her complaining to another friend about the service. Mind you she only has a few drinks and was spending a lot of money. We were their for more then 2 days. I don't think we'll go back.

Close typical casino. Fun slots, free pop. Decent payout but as usual, don't plan on winning something to take home.

I like the casio but they don't let you win any. The hotel is nice. The food is good. You go there any time except the weekend and it's very slow and you can't do any good. Just throwing your money away. Their money giveaways are a joke. They need to be more like they used to be. All I hear are complaints about how hard it is to win anything, even enough to play a while. FIX IT!!

Machines sucked money right up. First plate in buffet had so much food stuck to the bottom and got some ice cream and the employee handed me a dish with dried food stuck on it. Not very enjoyable at all!

I've never been here, I'm not a gambling type of person, the facility has live bands every so often, it's a smoking facility.. Ugh.

Enjoy a weekend away here playing slots and getting a spa treatment done. The hotel is really nice and the casino is really fun. They always have great bands playing and people having a great time.

Hotel stay was great. Casino and buffet were pretty empty for a Saturday night.

We went there over the weekend for my birthday. We had such a great time. We are players from Rivers. Our host Kari Kopchik was amazing!!! She went up and beyond to make my birthday weekend extra special. It's great when someone goes out of their way to make you feel that way. Thank you Kari! The other staff members were great too! Blue Chip rocks! We will definitely be coming back here more often.

It's an inviting place with plenty of activities to enjoy

Not a bad environment just doesn't seem to have the same atmosphere as other casinos in the area. Great that they have a hotel attached though the crowd seems to be leaning towards the older crowds. not much for food late at night as the deli is the only option I seen.

Great place to stay and play but don't eat the weekend brunch buffet it was disgusting so bad I made them give my money back dinner buffet was much better

My wife and I visit here on weekends, the live bands are very entertaining. We gamble a little, typical casino setting. The restaurants are nice, plenty to do here. Good place to go for date nights.
