Bloomon customer for some time. My house has since been regularly decorated with a beautiful bunch of flowers, the price of 23.95 is worth the flowers, but personally I think it is too much to spend it twice a week. The site is very pleasant to work with and you can make all your wishes known in an easy way. The only downside I can think of is: a few days before delivery you will receive an e-mail with information that the flowers will be delivered on that date, and that you will receive a text / app message with the time that the flowers will be delivered , but unfortunately I have never received a text / app and am therefore waiting nicely from 6 pm to 10 pm until the flowers are delivered. The reality is that they are not there before 9.30 pm.

In the end I would be out of system. 6-8 months later they always order flowers in my name. I call and explain. I get a 50% refund of the amount. Really insane! You look like you are buying your first bouquet of flowers, but you actually subscribe (a bouquet every 2 weeks by default). This is not clear in the 'how it works' section on the site. On the bloomon.be homepage you will find an explanation about 'the flexible subscription', but here this seems to be an option. When you order your first bouquet, it is the first time that this is stated when you have to fill in the delivery details, in small letters that you look over very quickly. When paying, this is made subtly clear again, but easily missed again. In addition, they automatically close a direct debit without asking the question. 4 days before the delivery of your second bouquet you will receive an email that you will soon receive your next bouquet. If you did not realize that it is a subscription, you have 1 day to pause or delete your account so that this order is canceled. I am short: beautiful flowers but a hugely misleading site, it even seems like they want to deliberately let you down

My aunt turned 90 and I started looking for a subscription to a flower. Had heard of it. I ended up with Bloomon. My aunt is very enthusiastic because the bouquets are around two weeks. Simply take out a subscription and cancel it if you want to stop. We will stop after 4 weeks and that is possible. You decide every how many weeks you want to deliver late. You can always adapt. Great customer service too.

Flower gram order for girlfriend as a small surprise and have it delivered to her home. Then she (while everything is in my name) receives a message from Post NL that the Bloomon package will be delivered between 08:00 and 18:00. First, this messed up the surprise. Then she receives the bouquet, the flowers have lost their leaves in the transport process and a stem is broken. The branches are also too thin for the stand, so you have to put several branches in one holder to keep them upright, resulting in a half empty but colorful holder. In short, nice idea, poor execution and poor quality. Unfortunately I would not recommend this product.

Just amazing. I have been ordering flowers from Bloomon for over a year and they bring me so much happiness. The flowers are imaginative and because they are all different, in every delivery some of the flowers remain fresh looking for 2 weeks (sometimes even longer). The delivery company they use is efficient. And their website makes it easy to control when you want your next deliveries. Can't recommend them more. Brilliant value for money!
Flower voucher received. Flowers ordered but never received. After contact it appears that they cannot deliver to my address. It is a store and they only deliver 2 nights a week.
