I have worked for BLM for over 4 months now and have ran into so many labor issues. BLM has a company under them called Right away run by a Mr Jeff Polion. Since working for this job they made us do things that we are not even trained or equipped to do. They have forced us to remove mold and asbestos and do not provide proper safety materials to do these jobs and aren't trained for properly in the first place. They make us carry gas fueled equipment in our work vehicles while we breathe in the fumes. The lack of communication has been horrendous. The pay that is given to us hourly workers and salary does not compensate for the Hazard and unsafe conditions that we work everyday. When talking to the higher-ups we are blown off and told that it is the people below them that has the last say so in whatever we do. If anyone has a legal complaint against this company I have pictures documents and proof that is needed to file a civil lawsuit against this company. I am still currently employed and I will not stand for the injustice in the hard work that we put into a company that doesn't care about us.
