They hang on you if ask any questions they dont like, these people are no good and they increase the payment you have agreed on the phone, and send orginal payment to sign, so watch and read what you sign. they are inhuman, they search for every debt you and take to court if you agree pay for one. get lawyer dont make any payment with them, they will search others and sue you for it if you agree one.
Rude and unwilling to work with you! I called yesterday to set up a repayment plan for a debt and was flatly refused. The last time they wanted to settle, I wasn't working at the time, so obviously had nothing to pay with. Now that I am working, I get a letter in the mail warning me of wage garnishment. They didn't even try to contact me about repayment; just jumped to this garbage! This debt is 10 years old! If I didn't have to leave a rating, it would be in the negatives. They have done nothing but harassed me all this time.
I have had nothing but a good experience with these peeps. They're just trying to do their jobs, just like everybody else. My rep that i always talk to is Markus C., he's a great dude. I had a great experience with this firm. I owed a debt and have no means to pay due to disability. I am being granted a permanent hardship. Mr. Richard Kenner was kind and respectful. Thank you for making a difficult situation much easier. Great professionalism. Very empathetic.
Contrary to other's remarks, every single time I called, the people who work here were nothing but helpful, courteous and genuine. They laid out my options and worked with me and were absolutely pleasant and wonderful! Just because I have a responsibility to pay off old debt doesn't make it right for me to dislike them. Some of the ones I talked to had a great sense of humor and they did the job they were there to do. Thank you B & G!!
Every time I called to get information, I was either treated very rudely, given incorrect information, or both. I was not told the last time I called that they had filed another garnishment on me, in fact I was told they would not try to garnish me again unless I had a balance by the end of the year, so I ended up setting up a repayment plan for the remainder of my balance online, which was very small. When I went to go check my paycheck with my employer, they had garnished over half of the balance owed from my check. I already made a payment and set up a three month payment plan, and there is no way to delete the plan unless I call them. Once they have garnished the balance, which will be collected in one more paycheck garnishment, it will take them two months to get the money and by then, I will have overpaid, and it will take another two months to get that back. I am beyond furious. I don't deny that I owe the money, I do, but I was given incorrect information on how long I had to pay it before they would try to garnish my wages again. I cannot wait until this is paid so I never have to deal with these people again. I thought once I set up the online payments, I wouldn't have to at least call them again. But I was wrong about that.
I have not had any troubles with the company. I owed a debt and they provided me with the information. I set up a payment plan and I did not have to make contact with them again. Next month will be my last payment and i'll call for a paid in full letter. I do think they could change their script. When calling the IVR already gives the "this is an attempt...." speech I believe its no need for the rep. to repeat. I believe it may annoy some customers. Just get to the point and provide the customer with the information.
First and foremost, if you ve found yourself with the displeasure of being on this collector s slate you need to LAWYER UP! They re virtually impossible to work with and will do their best to obtain a default judgement against you. The classic 609 doesn t work anymore and in my state, their bogus verification is treated as gold. Again, LAWYER UP!
