I have not had any troubles with the company. I owed a debt and they provided me with the information. I set up a payment plan and I did not have to make contact with them again. Next month will be my last payment and i'll call for a paid in full letter. I do think they could change their script. When calling the IVR already gives the "this is an attempt...." speech I believe its no need for the rep. to repeat. I believe it may annoy some customers. Just get to the point and provide the customer with the information.
