Andrew Stafford worked for us for a very brief period and has left a 1 star rating as a disgruntled ex-employee.
We have not spoken to a Marie Mason either by phone, email, in person or on social media and anyone who has dealt with us over the last 10 years won't recognise the comments she has made about our staff. There are a number of companies in the wedding industry with the name Bliss so we can only assume she has given us a one star rating instead of the company she actually dealt with.
I have dealt with Bliss Weddings via multiple emails and calls and I am extremely happy with the information and time they took to deal with my enquiry. Always polite, professional and helpful.
I can only describe one star reviews as malicious with the hope to damage good company name. They should be investigated and removed by Google !
Called this company and spoke to an extremely rude lady, totally unprofessional and certainly wouldn't recommend them at all. You would think that being in the wedding industry and dealing with brides they would have some professionalism.
