I am the Managing Director of Bliss Wedding Shows and I am responding to Google for allowing people to give 1 star ratings to a company, without checking if the information if factual or giving the company the chance to respond.

Andrew Stafford worked for us for a very brief period and has left a 1 star rating as a disgruntled ex-employee.

We have not spoken to a Marie Mason either by phone, email, in person or on social media and anyone who has dealt with us over the last 10 years won't recognise the comments she has made about our staff. There are a number of companies in the wedding industry with the name Bliss so we can only assume she has given us a one star rating instead of the company she actually dealt with.
