Absolutely a pleasure to deal with. This is the only place I will ever go to get my glasses. Blink has a large selection of eye wear. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful.

Who would think an eye exam could be cool?? At Blink it's like visiting friends, but you still get the superb skills of Dr. Evano Hauck. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and the frame selection is top notch!

I have been going to Blink to take care of my eyes for years now and have always been treated as their best customer even though it's only once a year I see them. This is a very welcome opposition to the big-box-store mentality we have in this area. Aside from their personal appeal, the frame selection keeps me there for hours checking out all the latest trends in eyewear. Their location is also perfectly nested in one of the few forward-thinking districts in Allentown.

The optometrist, Suzanne takes time with you during the exam to find out your expectations when deciding between contacts and eye glasses. I appreciate the trial contacts that are available before ordering the percription so you are confident that it will work best for you. I love the ability to make the appointments on line. And what really is great is the wide variety of styles to choose from. Overall a fun experience!

I own a shop next door to Blink, is why I hesitate to leave a review, as I didn t ever wanted to sound fake. After years of going to Blink, and on many occasions I was seen without an appointment, not once did I have a bad experience. One time, I got a vein occlusion, and although I am a veteran, she was the only one I trusted with my eyes. I had to see a specialist for shots, and the last shot was a nightmare. I walked in to her shop both eyes injured by the shot unable to see and crying from pain, she immediately took me in and took care of me, giving up her lunch. She called the doctor who gave me the shot, he obviously could care less...she fixed my eye, and I walked out of there feeling no pain. Her staff is amazing, her dedication is beyond words. Thank you Blink for all you do, for being high quality, thank you for your kind heart during thanksgiving and Christmas, and in between. Blink along with all the staff are the best in the Lehigh valley.

Four stars for the eye exam, friendly staff and very cute boutique, I enjoy supporting a small business when I can. Good selection of glasses as well.

Minus one start due to the covid-ish safeness, mainly from one employee. When I first showed up for my exam end of last year she wasn't wearing her mask because she "needed a break". Then when I came back to pick up my glasses a few weeks later she was wearing it incorrectly, straps behind her head, and she allowed a guest to take theirs off momentarily when showing off the glasses they were trying on.

Dr. Hauck was a breath of fresh air. She was thorough, knowledgeable and actually listened to me. Her staff is EXEPTIONAL and picked out the perfect frames for my face shape and skin tone. Overall this was a wonderful experience.

Today was my first office visit at Blink Optical and it was WONDERFUL. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The doctor was amazing, friendly and had so much knowledge. She addressed all of my concerns and helped with my current vision issues :) thanks so much!

Always feels like a nice visit with a friend who also happens to be a great eye doctor. The office team is very helpful and doing well managing COVID19 risks. I felt very safe and good about the diligence they re taking to put patients first.

They have a really great selection of frames you can't find anywhere else in the area and they keep adding more. The staff is really nice and easy to work with. They accepted my vision insurance as well.

Horrible customer service, I bought glasses in November, did not hear anything from them for a month till i decided to go in and see what was going on, they told me they never got the lenses and were still waiting for them. That's great but it would have been nice to have gotten some kind of notice... After a few more weeks finally i get my glasses, quality is good and glasses are nice.

A few months later my glasses get scratched on the lenses, i take them back to see if there is anything that can be done. The kind representative let me know it would be covered under warranty just a small fee for the lens cutting, not a problem. It's now been about 2 months since i dropped them off and haven't had any kind of communication. At this point i don't even want to bother. I'm a bit upset i wasted money on a pair of glasses i know don't even have but clearly customer service is not a priority for this shop and should be avoided.

Dr. Hauck is wonderful. Highly recommend. Great selection of wye glasses as well.

My mom has been getting glasses here for a while, and I always admired the frame selections. When I went with her recently, I also noted the care and attention to detail that Dr. Evano and her staff show their customers. Not often do you get both a great selection and a caring, professional doctor and staff that understands the customer's needs so well. Thank you!!

Dr Suzanne Hauck and her staff are always friendly and very helpful! They effortlessly always go out of their way to help me every time. I greatly appreciate them and all they do. Dr Hauck works with me to tailor what will best suit me while always offering education and suggestions. I now live in NY but drive back to see her and everyone at Blink!

My wife and kids are customers at Blink. I knew they had an optical shop and I went there seeking help for special glasses I use at work that were missing a nose pad. They were extremely accommodating and installed a new nose piece in only a few minutes. The only cost to me was a SMILE! Thank you Blink - great work and great place!

Walk in the store to look at frames and lady says I can't without an appointment?! Simply wanted to see what they had but clearly not wanting business during covid extremely dissatisfied

The office is beautiful. They staff is friendly. The Doctors are the best and the only ones to get my prescription correct after going to many other providers. Thanks to Blink I don t experience headaches any longer from my prescription being incorrect and they also have a unique selection of glasses no one else carries. You guys rock!

Great experience with my annual exam. Very thorough and Dr Susan was attentive to my concerns and needs. She is professional and also practical which is a great combination! Everyone on her staff are personable and extremely knowledgeable.
