Horrible customer service, I bought glasses in Nov...

Horrible customer service, I bought glasses in November, did not hear anything from them for a month till i decided to go in and see what was going on, they told me they never got the lenses and were still waiting for them. That's great but it would have been nice to have gotten some kind of notice... After a few more weeks finally i get my glasses, quality is good and glasses are nice.

A few months later my glasses get scratched on the lenses, i take them back to see if there is anything that can be done. The kind representative let me know it would be covered under warranty just a small fee for the lens cutting, not a problem. It's now been about 2 months since i dropped them off and haven't had any kind of communication. At this point i don't even want to bother. I'm a bit upset i wasted money on a pair of glasses i know don't even have but clearly customer service is not a priority for this shop and should be avoided.
