They said there was a job fair in my area. Several locals showed up on time but no one from the company was there.

For the most part the security officers in Kaiser were kind and professional
However there was one who sat on the west tower desk on 6/16 from 3-8pm ( maybe longer) who was extremely rude, unkind and unprofessional

I was thr with my disabled mom in a wheelchair and my elderly father who gets lost easily

My brother was operated on that day so i was already a bit shaken since i was eager to see my brother but happy all had gone well

I was told ( more like schooled like a child) that only two people could go up at a time

This is fine since I understand covid policy and i too am in healthcare

My parents were very eager to see my brother as i was

I took my mom in the wheelchair up first and then came down for my dad

I then asked the security guard if i could walk my dad to the room since he gets lost easily

She rudely said, i already told u its 2 people

I asked, ok can u pls walk him them

I was abruptly told no i cant leave this desk alone

So basically with 2 elderly people i was left to figure it out

So i did

In my state of worry for my operated brother , i went to wheel my mom down from the room so my dad wouldnt get lost

Thr was zero regard for my situation

This was just the beginning

I saw thr was a 2nd floor wait room so I figured dad can wait thr so i dont have to go all the way to 1st floor

So i did that

I took mom and dad and had one wait on 2nd floor waiting room
Thr was never more than 2 people per kaiser policy in the room

Finally my sister , niece and nephew came so i brought my mom and dad down from 2 nd floor so they could come in

When i went to security guard with them
I was again scolded like a child

i told u not to go up there and u disobeyed me
I tried to explain that i never had more than 2 people in the room as she has asked but it didnt matter

Right there, in front of my family i was embarrassed and shamed for taking my elderly parents to see my brother in a situation whr i received no help

In addition because i tried to explain myself she demanded my sticker pass as well as my disabled, elderly parents

I wk in the medical field and this treatment disgraceful
It is sad that kaisers image also had to be tainted due to this

I will also file a grievance to kaiser

It is unacceptable in a setting whr i drove 2 hrs to see my brother, worried due to surgery, bringing my disabled parents that i was shamed and treated as a child by a rude, security guard who represents this company

I would not recommend nobody to work for this company management can do what they want and can say what they want to you and if you defend yourself they will make your life a living hell

Have been in El Paso for the last month or so eating at one of their dining facilities they run on Fort Bliss. 3 out 4 times the chicken served has been raw or severely undercooked. After a year long deployment, I hadn't anticipated salmonella being the enemy.

This Company is greedy and unprofessional. For example El Paso TX companies give their employees gift cards for the holidays, but black stone being a bigger company has decided that their employees are not worth that gift. The considerable amount of work that the employees do keeping this company running and the company can t even be generous enough

I applied for a position at this company, there s no way to get in contact with the HR department. The company has employees in a whole different state, that leave unclear messages. They call from blocked numbers. I even reached out to their Los Angeles, Ca. Branch, a d left multiple messages, no one ever returned my calls. On top of all of this, I call multiple numbers for their different locations, on the internet, and all of their numbers were out of service, except the L.A. branch.

This by far has been the most professional and rewarding security position I have ever held. Management has been attentive, dedicated, has cared for our clients needs promptly and professionally.
