Blackfriars is doing the best it can under really difficult circumstances.
There can be no shows under the current restrictions as the most that can be seated is 40.
This means nothing is profitable.

A bit difficult to access this place on a wheelchair as it is down a cobbled street, but the building itself is accessible and the staff are very helpful. A dropped kerb at their door is helpful, but the street is too bumpy to use, the same-side pavement is very narrow and the opposite side the kerb isn't dropped.

Went to watch a musical with s/o which isnt typically my kind of thing but we both ended up loving it. The staff are friendly and were eager to help, the snacks are a reasonable price and the facilities are kept nice, absolutely nothing to complain about and the show itself was awesome

Great entertainment and shows are key to the success of Blackfriars, with a huge variety of acts and performances throughout the year. The newly refurbished seating has brought the theatre to the forefront of performing arts in Lincolnshire, enabling you to enjoy professional or amateur productions in comfort within this historic venue and building.
I've been there many times and hope to go back many more times yet.
