it was really a good experience coming over to Black & White consultancy

I took my wife there after she got a call letter from them to attend an interview. My wife initially informed that we are staying in yelahanka and prefers a job nearby. After staying there for over 6hrs, she was informed that bcoz we are staying in yelahanka, no vacant jobs nearby are available. More over, the behaviour of the frond desk lady was rude when I came over to question this. Work manners and ethics is something this company should start incorporating.

It's not good consultancy they decide what job you want to do voice or non-voice they keep waiting from morning to evening and call to interview,HR asks too silly questions after completing whole 3 rounds of interview again we must go to company and give another 3 more rounds and they offer only 10k Don't waste your time.....

The best thing about this consultancy is if you really wanted a job in BPO sector just go for a walk in and there are more than 90% chance you will get one. The HR present over there will help you and will make sure you understand all terms and conditions, job role, package etc. before sending you to the client company for further process. Giving 4 star because even if you will get selected here that doesn't mean a job is guaranteed, actual salary package is always low than what they told you during interview, congested place, no proper interview process(eat your lunch then go ), mostly BPO jobs are available there. Anyways thanks to the B&W solutions I got a job from them
