The best thing about this consultancy is if you really wanted a job in BPO sector just go for a walk in and there are more than 90% chance you will get one. The HR present over there will help you and will make sure you understand all terms and conditions, job role, package etc. before sending you to the client company for further process. Giving 4 star because even if you will get selected here that doesn't mean a job is guaranteed, actual salary package is always low than what they told you during interview, congested place, no proper interview process(eat your lunch then go ), mostly BPO jobs are available there. Anyways thanks to the B&W solutions I got a job from them
