Fun place close to Modesto, good food. I just wish my luck was better.

Ok .. during the week . Still haven't won anything there , except the dinner and breakfast.using my earned points. Wish the place would at least pay to keep you playing longer than a couple hours..

Good gambling. To smoky. Had to leave, wanted to stay but smoke was unreal as the night went on. Buffet was good.

What a great place, people actually win at Black Oak. I got so tired of losing at Jackson Rancheria so I tried Black Oak Casino and loved it. I will go to Black Oak Casino from now on.

So much fun! I played Spanish Blackjack, which was new to me, and the dealer was super friendly and helpful. Not only was he friendly and helpful, but the people at the table were as well. In fact, the other players really what made it fun for me. There is a hotel here with very clean, and nice rooms. If you're hungry, you have several options to choose from. All-in-all, a really wonderful little casino. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for all the cigarette smoke... There is a No Smoking room that provided a nice respite when I needed to escape all the smoke for a bit.

Nice big casino w/ an arcade & bowling alley for the kids & Adults! Love the complimentary drink station on Casino floor as well.

Black Oak has done an excellent job making their establishment truly a resort getaway for the whole family. They have a whole floor dedicated to kids and family and a floor for the casino which has smoking and non smoking areas and tons of great machines. Good vibe. Great staff. Lots of fun.

Hafa adai everyone it was a great experience for myself went up there after 2am with some of our family just can't wait for the covid-19 to clear and open what a casino should be thank you see you all later Jackpot stay safe .

Amazing place for birthday partys and fun get-togethers

This is a good size casino that does have a smoke free area. It never seems crowded. They have free non-alcoholic drinks stations.

There are a couple of bars and cafes on the main floor but I enjoyed the sports bar and grille downstairs the most.

Went to Black Oak Casino to have dinner at the Seven Sisters Restaurant. Best food and service I've ever experienced. Top notch service and quality. I will be coming back again.

Food is great and payout is much more than Harrah's, Chicken Ranch, Jackson etc... But as we know now is not the time to visit large venues such as this be safe and keep yourself at home and don't be irresponsible. We need to battle this beast Into non-existence. We can only do so by working together

They have bowling and arcades games downstairs. You can eat food downstairs they have a sports bar there also. They have Seven Sisters Restaurant. Food is good but a little higher in price. They have a restaurant on the main floor which the food is good also and of course gambling

Had an awesome time here at Black Oak Casino on a Sunday night its very nice,spacious and clean they have many different slot machines and card game tables there's a smoking and non smoking area, places to enjoy a meal there's an arcade and bowling alley area the staff are friendly .

Great experience first time to a casino and a staff member to the time to explain how to play in the machine. That also game me $25 dollars in promo credit and I walked out with $125 real cash I only played what they gave me

casino should be all non smoking , really bad food in restaurant/buffet on first floor, tried it 4 times everytime worst that the last. but the lower level has a sports bar that is very good should have that chef manage all restaurants

its about the only decent nightlife in tuolumne county, great restaurants, live music, bowling,arcade for the kids.. they even have a hotel now.

First time at Black Oak , had a great time first time back 10 years. Took a friend that wanted to see it, so we said we would take her. Said she had to good time.

I am 33yrs old and the party I came with were in late their late 20 s early 30 s. We got carded 7 times! We finally were so frustrated we left after arguing with security about being carded so many times. Horrible place avoid at all costs!

Good place. Only downside for me is its smoking allowed inside.

Lots of slots. Service personnel are helpful, respectful, and pleasant. We felt welcomed. Riding the bus is the best way to go.

The Casino is okay but the restaurant food left a hole lot to be desired. Also tried the Sports Bar restaurant down stairs by the Bowling alley and the food there was a little better.

OMG best place in Tuolumne county to go to when here! And by far the best place to work at too! I personally love Black Oak Casino Resort! And I don't even gamble haha!

Went to a dinner here. Overall good experience from food to even social environment. They have a smoking, non smoking, and even a kid zone with bowling so something for everyone.

I really enjoyed it there had a blast look forward to going again.

Very disappointed. I went to the swimming pool for few hours had great time but I got some allergy reaction with my eyes it was burning and I could see every thing blurred. I got scared and left the pool and called the paramedic team to help me out. The paramedic team was helpful they flushed my eye three times but didnt fix the problem and my eyes were still blurred. It was night time and I was not able to drive to the emergency I talked to the hotel people to arrange me a shuttle to take me to the nearest hospital but unfortunately they said they cant help me with that. I had two options to call ambulance or a taxi and pay for everything by my self. There was no taxi near by because it was late night and I called ambulance to check my eyes. They came and checked out my eyes it was very irritated and red they didnt give any kind of med or whatever they just wanted me to take to the hospital but there was a big charge for that so I refused and the black oak casino didnt want to pay for that either. So unfortunately I took the risk and stayed at the hotel until morning and luckily my eyes was getting better and better. And I left the hotel in the afternoon and came home. I cant. Believe it that big casino doesnt want to pay for your transportation eventhough I got this allergy reaction in their swimming pool and they didnt help me enough. Very bad experience and be careful if something happens to you in the swimming pool they cant help you and they dont pay for your transportation if you cant drive die or arrange your own transportation.

Usually have fun here. Machines dont pay any more or less than other casinos. Gotta pay for your drinks here.

Usually just visit the family floor, but the food is always good, lanes are in good condition, and the people are always helpful.

Security here is so unprofessional, they have absolutely nothing to do so they go out of there way to try and find the most littlest things and treat them like crimes never returning to this casino again

Way better than cash creek or thunder or even Reno for that matter

Wonderful place and great for family events. I always have a great time with the slots and table games, cant forget how great the staff is there as well. .

I visit Black Oak with my Grandpa to play the slot machines. Arriving at the Casino and finding the parking garage is made simple by all the signs posted. He can't walk well so I have to drop him off close to the entrance. The parking garage has direct access to an entrance which you can drive up to before parking.
Gambling on the slot machines is divided into two sections, smoking and non-smoking. The machines are plentiful, even when crowded. The Casino provides drink service with Employees walking the floor with drinks available while also taking orders.
Black Oak offers a free membership card program, which involves earning points through gambling to trade towards 'Free Plays' on machines or other comps. Although during my last visit, the computer system to add free points collected from mailed promotions was down, you were still able to earn points from playing as well as join the free slots tournament.
Overall my Grandpa and I enjoy the entertainment we receive during our trips to Black Oak. Also, the food in the Diner is REALLY good. The Diner has its own daily specials and it's not uncommon to be a deciding factor in what days we visit Black Oak.

The Casino. Way too much Smoke. Apparently the AC is not operating correctly. Fix it.
They took out the most beautiful Oak leaf carpet and put in something Ugly.
The Cafe is a good place to eat, people are nice, and helpful and Seven Sisters is a great place for Dinner. Great food and great service .

Surprisingly nice casino. Not very smokey. Well maintained. Good variety of slot machines. A bunch of food options including buffet. We both won money.

Went during St. Patrick's day to gamble. It was pretty busy but had fun.

This place is chaotic with the kinds of people that go here. It's a big place with a couple bars and some entertainment. The food and the bowling alley are pretty great. So far pretty good.. untill my friends Mom spent 18 hours gambling constantly and we couldn't find a lyft outta ther and we were stuck there and the backseat wasn't what kings sleep on so. p

Dinner at Seven Sisters was delicious! The servers were very friendly. Jennifer was our waitress and George was her assistant--they were excellent. I had the ribeye and my husband had the filet + lobster Breakfast at Black Oak Cafe was hearty and the bloody Mary was potent.

Rooms were nice (as expected) but the bed was hard as a rock. Initially, I was thinking I would like to visit often but the bed situation was a major turn off.

Next time we go I want to eat and drink at the Mill but probably wont stay to play much since I dont want to sleep on a rock lol I literally took a star off bc of the significance of the rock bed.

It sucks, I'm not feeling it anymore, they have tighten the machine up so much on the keno, no one really wins anymore, tired of going there

I just FINALLY (after years of coming) came home with more than I took!!!! Yeah!!!
