Nice, with no smoking section for gambling. Get to restaurants early...long lines at buffet
Fun,clean but the valet parking took forever to bring me my car
Always clean and nice employees. I leave happy everytime I go.
The device was great but. Bla o oak obviously does not know the difference between a studder and slurr or wor<ds. My husband was told he was cut off even after he had a conversation about drinking with the manager. She should have easily been able to tell that be was not too intoxicated to play the card game we were playing or walk to our room. It's embarrassing that they would treat us like that.
Hotel rooms are great. No pets. Food is average at best. The best food available is their buffet at 9AM. Everything else in their 3 restaurants is usually fairly poor quality and overpriced. Great rewards program. Although the points are tough to rack up and they refresh, i think, twice a year. Once you climb through their rewards tiers you get a lot of great perks. Free coffee, soda, and water available throughout various spots in the casino floor. Electronic roulette, electronic craps, various card games, and as low as $5 buy in to blackjack. 2 bars available, they card actively so have your ID ready. There's a performance stage as well, although not booked often. Expect to smell like an ashtray upon leaving this place. Bowling and arcade games available for children downstairs as well as 2 family oriented restaurants, both offer mediocre quality food and service. Parking structure is plentiful but during holidays you may want to arrive early to ensure that there's a spot available for you.
Good luck!
Great place. Slots, card games, arcades and bowling alley. Great recommendation when Reno and Las Vegas are too far away.
well, i didnt went there for 2 years and last month they offer me a free play and free hotel so i went. I can say all my 20s$ becomes 100$+ on every machine i played, must be my lucky day lol
I generally dont make a habit of spending time in casinos, and i didnt visit to play any slots or table games. I came for the bowling alley and to entertain the young ones with a little arcade action. Fun arcade games, both classic and new age. Bowling alley is bright, has a bar with service available at your lane. Staff is friendly enough
Had a great dinner at Seven Sisters and just enjoyed my time there in general
The RV park was clean and customer service was great
Great wife had fun at casino and I played golf at your golf course. Course really in good shape
It was fun to spend a few hours here on my birthday but smoking in the casino is awful. Left with burning eyes and a headache. The buffet as awful. Probably the worst food I have ever eaten in a restaurant.
They where racist towards me when it came to buying a drink. The bartenders are really rude and don t treat you with respect. Drinks sucks as well. They treated me like I was a criminal. Thunder valley is way better.
I went to seven sisters for brunch and it was amazing! Crab, prime rib cheese blintz, wild boar sausage and more. The staff is super accommodating. Oh and you get one free mammosa with the buffet! You do have to make a reservation, but totally worth it.
Love making the trip up to this northern California casino for a day or overnight trip, always fun slots and great dealers at the tables.
Tight machines.A lot of non friendly employees. RUDE IN FACT.LOCALS GET TREATED LIKE DIRT.WHILE WE R THE BACK BONE.NO MATTER WHAT
Friendly environment, knowledgeable bartenders & even family friendly.
I love this casino very nice people that work here clean and amazing atmosphere!!
Nice casino, clean, not too crowded, can do with more non smoking areas though.
First time brought beginners luck . 6 card bust pays 15 : 1. That was nice for a first time.
Wife won $350 on penny slots. Shoot whoo
Next time we will stay at the hotel and see all they have to offer.
I recomend this place to anyone looking for a good time with awesome people.
Great place I sure of which that both me and my mate would have gotten jobs there.
Very tight on the slots, if they would let somebody win sometime it would be awesome!!! & they would probably have more business not that they need it !!!! nevertheless very tight!
Had a pizza there at Kingpins.
I bit down on something very hard and it broke my lower left rear molar.
I sorted through a big hungry mouthful of pizza and pulled out a chunk of my tooth. Then the pain set in as food crept into the hole between my last back two molars.
I contacted management and they conducted their investigation.
Sucks because we're on our way to Yosemite and I'm in pain.
They don't give out any free play or much of anything else. I enjpy the chivken ranch more. I don't know how they award their free play bcuz I haven't received anything and other family members got 75.00 a wk 4 the mo of June and I have spent more money and received a big ole goose egg. So at this point I feel more loyal 2 Chicken Ranch and don't feel the need to go further up the hill
Went with friends for dinner drinks and some gaming always a good time
Had a great dinner at 7 Sisters. Got some casino credit as well. A fun night!
The drive to the casino was nice. I didn't like that when I played it just took my money right away. I've been to other casinos and have lost but never within minutes. At least at other casinos y win and lose what I put in and have fun. There's no excitement in the gamble here, just disappointment. Here I can't say I had fun.
They need more gaming tables, but the service - in the restaurant and the casino - is fantastic! Wonderful experience for my mom's 81st birthday...we will return!
Nice casino. Okay restaurant. Near Yosemite. Good hotel.
Everything was very good the chairs and tables games if food the waitresses very nice thank you
Three star for our server but salad bar and such were not clean. Ordered a sandwich as safe alternative but wonder about kitchen cleanliness.
The security lady told me I couldn t be upstairs (I m 19) I wasn t gambling I was walking to the buffet, she makes me go to the family room , while following me , she looked 12, don t get it yeeeeeee
Fun but never win anything. Just go to play around.
We went to the buffet. Great service & delicious food.
Nice casino that offers beautiful rooms in the hotel for guess and a place to have fun. Every entertainment for all familys pool spa bowling alley and many food areas.
Not much play, you should be able to make 100 bucks last, while betting min, not just lose.
Great bowling, but do. Ot order the food, it was awful....
Me and my husband took a day trip to black oak my husband is in a wheelchair first time I ve taken him by myself this far. As we got there he had to be changed I asked an employee if they had handicap bathrooms. He and another gentlemen closed the bathroom making sure nobody was in there. To let me in to change him. I want to say a big Thank You it just made me feel comfortable knowing that the service is there. God Bless
It's a nice casino but the jackpots/payouts are small
The hotel part is separate from the casino. Hotel, new and clean. Casino has a non smoking section, several restaurants, bowling alley, gift shops, bars, did not see everything. Hotel rooms are spacious with a microwave and refrigerators. The bathrooms are nice, tile and marble. Enjoyed the room.
I go all the time with out any luck, good way of making money.
The food was terrible. An the service took forever just to get water.
Nice but noticed casino must reconfigure machines for the holiday.
Just went to gamble for a short time...newly remodeled and appears to be cleaner and more spacious.
Great place to gamble. My wife and i had a great time!
This was the best casino I've been too, however the buffet was gross.
There were a wide selection of game machines to choose from. I was part of a party bus group and this was my first visit. We were each provided a special coupon book that had offers for restaurants and gift shops. The first restaurant was a little on the expensive side but the second one was far more affordable. There was also a bowling alley. What I did not like was that I wasn't acknowledged or greeted as a customer in one of the gift shops. I consider that poor customer service so I decided not to do business there. What I did like was the non-smoking section. I didn't win much but I will unlikely return because casinos are not my thing.
Not best place...first time there waitress stuffed me on my change...the host offered a room and then said no 45 minutes later...
I really like this casino.
Good drinks and live music on the weekends.
And I have earned $$ sometimes.
I always want to go back.
Environment is good but the slots are becoming stingier and stingier.
Great game selections and payouts but reward cards require multiple attempts to work it's irratating .
Are you sure this is an actual Native American reservation? -
Great I win over a $1,000. On playing my first machine of penny slots.
