The worst shopping experience. They send wrong products. Finishing is horrible. They dont revert to messages at all. They dont even deserve 1 star. Hopeless customer service. Will definitely take it up on a higher level, such companies must be shut down

Can not stress enough on how horrible the service is. I haven t received my Order after more than 2 months of placing it. It is a prepaid order so they have my money all this while. It was supposed to be a wedding gift to my husband and it just has not arrived. The worst part is now that I have been calling their customer care they say it s my mistake and they have no idea why it has not been delivered. Please do not waste your time or money.

Absolutely beautiful and quality products. Ordered mini passport wallet and utility pouch. Color and material was spot on with timely delivery and sophisticated packing. The personalized message card was cute.

Its just OK. I ordered the couple passport and ticket holder. The delivery is faster than what they show while placing the order. The WhatsApp team responds to queries quick. For the price.. the quality of the leather is good. There is no preview of your order hence you have to just take a chance. I received a damaged box and it would be too late by the time I would receive another good box.

I bought their couple travel wallet set and my wife and I simply loved what we received. The product is designed so well that it fits all the travel utilities perfectly.
