24hrs technical support does not exist in practice, however in the contract it exists. No number is available for service.
The internet is of good quality, but if you need such support after business hours, or at weekends, you'll be on hand just like me right now. I do not recommend.

I have this Internet operator. I must say the speed delivered is very good however the signal is too unstable.
