My Fiesta from 14 did not get hot while driving, they changed a thermostat and turned the radiator fan around when it was wrong and they repaired some wiring, the work itself was ok. I come to pick up the car, get explained about what they have done. then notice when I have the car that clock / date, electric windows, trip counter, radio was reset, call them when I was driving away a bit and they tell me that they have not done anything about the car which should have lost it power, I reset everything to that date, etc. then find out at the same time that 3/5 of the features that are on my multifunction steering wheel do not work, I call them and get booked a new time so they could look at the. Next workshop visit, hand the car over to them on Sunday when the deal was on Monday. I get a message that the car was done, I then pick up the car and ask what they have been doing since it worked, it must be said I have run with the bug for 5 days and tested it everyday to see if it works, they tell me , the technician who made the car finds no fault and had just driven the car into the workshop and out again, I sit down in the car and find that all the buttons now work as they should, they tell me that the technician came to mind that he had peeled the poles off the battery at the first workshop visit (thermostat) so therefore everything was reset, fair enough, since I was driven a few hundred meters I can see again that trip counter and date were wrong, however clock and electric windows were ok (which they are trying to hide something), then tell them that they have had any since it was reset it makes it not just by itself. but they claim they have done nothing. refuse to believe them and this is the last time they see me as a customer. I needed a service for my Ford Fiesta and so I called for an offer of a 60,000 km service. I got a good offer from Bjarne Nielsen A / S that I attended the event - a special price they could give me, since my car had not gone further than 14.000 km since the last service.

After delivering the car for service, I was called by the man I had booked service with (and who I handed the car over to) who said his offer included only a "reduced service", which meant air filter, pollen filter as well as spark plugs were not replaced, which he also recommended that now be replaced. He wanted to switch those parts for almost twice the service price he had originally provided. Ie that the final price was significantly more expensive than the offers I had received from other dealers where these parts were included.

I am shocked at the treatment as I expected to get a standard 60,000km overhaul at the agreed price. If the offer only included a "reduced service", this should of course have been mentioned when I obtained the offer.
I call it farmer fishing and poor treatment!

To be fair, that after some discussion over the phone agreed to give me the discount because it "reduced service" really was close to being an engine cleaning, as they had a lower price.

However, I should never have done service at Bjarne Nielsen A / S in Herning again!

Fairly large car dealer which today houses Ford, Volvo, Renault and Dacia under the same roof, and subsequently a quite large workshop, and leasing departments, both B2B, and B2C.
My own experience is so far limited to Ford, and i haven t got much to complain about, but as mentioned in a few other reviews, it can be a pain in the a.. to get hold of someone, that being on the phone, waiting for someone to return your call, or simply at the desk. Personally i do not like to talk to someone at a switchboard some other place in the country, despite the fact that they are normally friendly and polite, just to have them relay the message to someone, that should call you back later....and this fact, do keep the last, and often elusive "fifth star" out of the equation.

Then you just plan a trip to Bjarne Nielsen Herning today Saturday, as it says they have opened, but no we came to a locked door at. 11.15 we walked around for about 15 min there were other customers too but nothing happened that is not good enough.

We were at the car dealer today at 11:15 to buy a Volvo. But find the dealer's door closed. Although the door is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Good service and service you always feel welcome. The prices are good and you know what you are paying for and you can always ask for a price on someone you must have made on your car.

Past for 3 time to, look at Volvo V60 and V90. Would like an assessment of my BMW as well as a test drive of a new Volvo. But just like the 2 previous times, the 2 salesmen were too fat to, they wanted to get off the chair and provide a sublime service. We are talking cars for 600-800 thousand kroner. Do not assume that it is a rod item by Bjarne Nilelsen. Can look at their accounts that, they had a profit before tax of -9432.00 DKK in 2017.
So maybe, for that reason alone, they broke the light ass. Good luck going forward, I am written off.

No one to hand over the company car I had for service or to borrow the car! The ones I contacted, to find out (if possible) where everyone in the customer reception was, showed a complete lack of "service gen" And I had to "go behind the counter" to find my key! How can you be a Volvo dealer with that level of service?

My wife and I were looking to see a new Volvo. In addition to a salesman sitting at his desk, we were the only ones in the department. Not before I said "hello" he looked up and said "hello" on which he continued to be busy sitting at his desk. We sat in the car we were interested in and looked at it for a while, but the seller so much never looked in our direction !!! Badly bad service. Really a bad experience.
Instead we went to VW and bought a car there. Incidentally very good service both before and after trading.

Good coffee machine. We had booked a sample drive in 2 cars. The deal was immediately forgotten. That one car had gone out completely, which we had not been told. The other car was not ready and neither was it. All in all, we waited for 40 minutes, without getting out to test drive. Practice!

Wanted to pass on Saturday 1/8.
If I googled Ford in Herning it said that it was open. Called anyway for safety, and was told on reply that the sales department was open. Then drove 45 km to get up there. The sign outside said it was open Saturday. But the pants had closed! Why do you not announce in some places that you are closed for the holidays?
