Booked for two people, we get to the place and find that there are not really tables (at least there are very few) but many people are seated on two large and long counters near the kitchen, this leaves us quite perplexed as you are forced to eat one next to the other attached to unknown people. It can be almost pleasant at first, but the thing that has bothered me more about this arrangement is that on the other side of the counter there are sinks, dishwashers etc where the waiters wash everything, too bad they do that exactly in front of you , not even half a meter from where you're eating, while maybe you're talking about your own business and in this way the willing or unwilling waiters are there to listen to everything you say. This does not even leave the freedom to comment on the dishes just tasted, as any negative comments would be heard immediately by the staff. So perhaps our mistake to not be informed enough, but in hindsight we would have booked and asked absolutely to be put on a table.
As for the food, not knowing what to choose, we were advised a "surprise" menu, in which the chef decides in your place 5 courses (including dessert). We find it very interesting, since it allows us to taste a bit 'of everything, but unfortunately it was another mistake: we expected reindeer meat or similar, instead of the course we were offered the pigeon (I do not turn out to be a typical Swedish dish ...), among other things almost impossible to eat with just a knife and fork, was just to be taken and eat with the man, but for education we avoided. The sweet nothing that (simple ice cream with raspberries), we are instead happy with the first course of which I attach photos. In hindsight perhaps we should have chosen some typical Swedish dishes and not rely on chance. Medium-high prices ( 50 each for the surprise menu to which you have to add drinks and cover).
