Room smells a little old. I've noticed the towels are stained which will make you doubt if you should use them or not. There is a small parking area at the back lucky for you if you get there before it's full otherwise you have to park along the road. The staff are extra nice though so that's a plus I guess.

Place to stay on budget in the heart of the city...

It's not that bad for a consumer-friendly inn. But there were holes on the sheets and blankets. And their sheets doesn't fit the mattress. The pillows and the mattress had suspicious stains. The phone was not working. The tiles were a bit damaged. The lights need some time to work. The toilet bowl needs work. And when it rained, there were leaks that unfortunately managed to destroy some printed pictures we had bought and put on the table.

It's always full so you better call ahead and reserve your room

Rooms are a lil bit old. But nonetheless its cozy hot water still working fine. And its kinda a cheap for your getting.

A very old place. But if you are looking for a place to rest and near the center area of CDO, this is the place to be. They offer check-in anytime here.

Dirty comfort room, towels, pillow case and bedsheets

Rooms are old and dirty. Toilet floors and fixtures are full of limescales and stains. What the rooms being shown on booking sites are bluff. You were given a room which does not look like and far from the real ones shown on booking site. It is a joke.

this place is HORRIBLE . we only stayed for one night. once we checked in i went to use the bathroom and the WATER FROM THE FAUCET WAS BROWN!!!!!!!!! . noticed worms were coming out from near the faucet or the faucet itself. bedsheets smelled .dark dingy room. cockroaches in the room.Agoda needs to remove this hotel it stains agodas reputation.I know the hotel is cheap but every hotel should meet a minimum standard and this place is actually a health hazard. brown water coming out of the faucet??? come on. the room smelled REALLY BAD.

One of the most affordable hotel we tried in Cagayan De Oro. Rooms are clean, airconditioned are cold and accessible to all. Staff are friendly also.

You can't expect too much of this hotel. Though, the staff are accomodating but my personal experience isn't that totally happy. The first room I got the aircon wasn't functioning, tv not turning on, even the intercom is not functioning. There was no towel and I was told it would be available at 9am. "How am I suppose to take a bath if there is no towel?". I told the fronk desk and replied to me that there is nothing he can do. I was transfered to another room after my complain. At this time the TV is the one not functioning. And I was not given a towel. The room that I got is near the city streets so you could hear the noise from the outside. Could thing I fell asleep because I was tired. But in fairness the hotel has a parking space and a restaurant. It is nearby in Divisoria. The Centrio and SM downtown malls are accessible by riding a "Rella" in front of Xavier University. Still it is quite a hotel if you just want to be near in city.

Not very accommodating staff. Accommodations where subpar- only the bare necessities. Good for those who are on a budget and will be going out a lot. Lot of stairs, wouldnt recommend for PWD

Stayed there for two nights and then moved because the place was dirty and there were tiny black creatures / ants everywhere. I thought it was over priced at 860 PHP per night.

I give 3 stars since 1, I like the food they serve in the morning, very affordable and they cook you an egg omelet as a request. 2, for the price you paid, the room is very much worth it, big rooms and there is a room for improvement in the maintenance side since I kniw it was a very old pension e house. 3, there is a magical part in it that amazed me. You should go there and see what I am talking about,

Stayed there for two nights during a family trip. I would say that it is sufficient for the affordable price. The good thing is it has a parking space inside a compound though small but at least we have secured a space for our vehicle. Other commodities are just within walking distance.

Good. Though we have the room thats still needs improvement. Some of the titles fell. There are also cobwebs and cockcroaches..but affordable and worth your money.

Never gonna return to this place. False marketing. The pictures of the rooms online doesn't look anywhere near to the reality of the place. Very dirty and dark rooms, smelly, and the toilet? Oh my! Disgusting! Beware of this place

Stayed here to wait for our 6pm flight. Place is worn-out but still good for short stay. Paid only 500php via Agoda.

You can choose to pay for the hours that you stayed. The most affordable ones offers a humble and presentable accomodation (aircon, towel, cable tv, wifi access, and soap (!).

One thing I like is the hot and cold shower :)

Needs lots of improvements. No internet, no towels, hair in sink and toilet floor. Management need to understand how to improve guest services.

Rooms are rundown Hotel Standard, windowless with aircon, cable TV, weak wifi. Building connected with Grand City Hotel lobby. Cheaper/promo rooms are in a side building.

Disgusting! 500+ pesos rooms in gensan is far better

The room had bugs crawling up on walls in bathroom.toilet seat was broke.the room key system sucked.anyone could open doors with a credit card slid in door plunger.service really sucked.bed sheets had stains.overall wouldnt stay there again.not even a chair to set it.tv sucked.no remote.boht had to beg to get clean towels.an ac unit mounted way overhead.so u would get cold at nights.just bed sheets on bed.no blanket.the people at desk really not too friendly.
