The employees that try their hardest to inform are the best. I use them to buy wine brewing supplies. Don't buy the S-shaped topper. Buy he slightly more expensive one that's in two glass pieces, and buy it with the rubber stopper. The pic is of a future apple cider/apple wine.
They don't offer soda stream refills. You're better off going to a big box store. Just a heads up before anyone else makes a fruitless trek.

A really excellent homebrewing store with an amazing website and easy online ordering system. Their customer service is excellent, shipping is very reasonable, and their recipe kits are great for beginners.
Friendly folks who clearly enjoy what they do. They're always very helpful with any questions you might have. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at the shop. I took the beginners Brewing course about a year ago and it was really helpful in getting started. I always purchase my supplies from here for new brews and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Amazing knowledge and customer service in this store (John!!). They caught an error I had made in ordering and called me to confirm that I had ordered correctly -- I hadn't -- all because they knew right away the recipe didnt make sense. They fixed it right away and sent my order out. JUST AMAZING!!! Made my day :-)
It's a supply store, a classroom, and a brewing facility. Pretty nice selection of grains, extracts, yeasts and supplies. You can buy materials and equipment, grind your grains, refill your CO2, and even come and brew your own batch in their equipment for a pretty decent price (they'll keep an eye on it as it ferments in a temp-controlled room in the basement).
I came for the class and was surprised to learn so much in-depth details of the process. I honestly thought it was gonna be just a high level intro with some funny puns and some brewing action, but we got to learn A LOT. Dan is the man!
Great store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Classes are top notch, I learned a lot at their yeast class. Great reference for last minute recipe tweaks when buying the grain. Super easy curbside pickup during COVID also.
Its hard to add anything to all the other wonderful reviews of this place (and they are true). All I can say is that I'm happy I found it. As there's a pandemic, I couldn't go inside but was able to see the store through the open door and glass front and its all marvelous. I got what I needed plus much helpful advice.
