With the limits on in-door dining, took advantage of ordering one of their weekly special feast dinners. This time it was the Southern Fried Chicken Feast - and what a joy -!!!! From start to finish - and so much food we are still enjoying some of the left overs. Definitely a repeat coming soon!
Great experience both in terms of the quality of the food and the customer service. I did a pick up Thanksgiving meal this year and was greeted with so much warmth by the team! It was easy and delicious, and also nice to get to experience a different take on the Thanksgiving turkey (Covid silver linings). I can't wait to get back here for their great standard fare once we are able to join each other in the dining room again!
Shared a great dinner with friends last evening. Our server Steven was a delight. Dining room was full, but staged at 25% per current Covid restrictions. Everyone was wearing masks. We all felt safe and really enjoyed a wonderful, unrushed experience. Service, food and wine were exceptional.
Food was great! My wife had Chicken and Waffles. Had a nice spice and was "incredible". Best chicken and Waffles. I had the Loaded Breakfast Biscuits. They were great. Great tasting and very filling. Server was friendly but not very attentive after our food was served.
A beautiful place and the food was good, but unfortunately the service was one of the worst I have ever experienced in an upscale restaurant.
Addendum: We went a second time and the experience with our waitress from Latvia couldn't have been better. I will assume that our first experience there was a glitch!
Came to Bistro Bis for Sunday brunch. It was a perfect experience! No wait, quick service, and great food. The chef is clearly skilled at his trade--pork cooked just right, eggs perfectly poached, frites crispy but not dry, and bearnaise sauce robust yet not overpowering. The atmosphere was warm and inviting--and so were the staff. It is easy to see why this restaurant has garnered so many local awards and accolades. This is upscale French dining at its best.
Appetizers are the best! We ordered beef tartare and escargot, which are good looking and tasteful. The entree is too much for me.. I can only eat one third of it.. Such an american style!
It seems like a newly decorated place and the sofa is comfortable.
