Excellent wedding venue! Beautiful and spacious. Parking is secure but depending on your crowd may not be enough. Staff is wonderful and food and drinks are delicious! Put it on your list to go see.

The tasting tour was very fun, chocolate was delicious, factory is interesting, and the new wedding/ banquet floor is absolutely stunning. There is also a locked gate that surrounds bissingers outdoor parking lot.

SUPER CLEAN. GREAT LOCATION. AWESOME FACTOR. FRIENDLY STAFF. REALLY UP BEAT TOURS. THE WHOLE PLACE SMELLS LIKE CHOCOLATE AND GUMMIES.
BEST PLACE TO GO FOR A SWEET TOOTH.

Support local business! First of all, their gummies are the best.

Quality, artisanal chocolate, some of the most delicious in the US, revamping from the buyout. I hope they have a bright future cuz this is candy confection heaven.

Since the company sold out to Chocolate, Chocolate...

Since the company sold out to Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate, the quality has changed.
There is no discernible difference between the Bissinger s Labeled candy and those labeled Chocolate, Chocolate , Chocolate which would be great, if they all were Bissinger s quality, but they are NOT.
Now everything has the heavy handed quarter inch thick top and comparatively crude craftsmanship of the purchasing company.
A truly sad end of a proud St Louis tradition.
Our family is as heartbroken as can be about this lost confectionary!

Even though I'm not from St. Louis, I have loved Bissinger's Chocolates for DECADES now.

The Ghost Chili Salted Caramels are also personal favorites, as as the Molasses Puffs.

Even the nonpareils (simply as they are) from Bissinger's are little works of art!

Do they still make the chocolate crucifixes for Paschal festivities? (This lapsed Catholic really wants to know. I mean, c'mon -- even we atheists love good freakin' chocolate, honey, and there's a certain blasphemous thrill I still get out of biting into a dark chocolate crucifix.)

Went here for a company event. I was worried about safety in the parking lot since it is in a bad part of St. Louis, but the parking lot was fenced in with barb wire with a guard shack at the entrance. The tour was interesting. The chocolate was great. The have a very big ballroom for events. The best thing was the rooftop party area. Had a nice view. I would recommend having a party on the roof starting at dusk.

Ordered the chocolate covered raspberries and I am appalled at the horrible sickeningly sweet supposedly dark chocolate and triple the amount of what was on. The ones we got a few years ago. Now I see the company sold out. Don't waste your money!!! These are awful.
